The Faculty of Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Facilitators (FEF) is a faculty association of the International University of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (IUBC) and an integral part of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent (BC) movement. FEF has branches in every country where National Blue Cross or Blue Crescent Societies operate.
