The Faculty of Animal Welfare, Protection & Rescue (FAWPR) is a dedicated faculty association of the Blue Cross & Blue Crescent movement, working to promote animal welfare, protection, and rescue operations in communities worldwide. With branches in every country where National Blue Cross & Blue Crescent Societies operate, FAWPR members are committed to ensuring the ethical treatment, safety, and care of animals in need.

FAWPR members are passionate animal welfare activists, veterinarians, rescuers, and advocates working to protect both domestic and wild animals. We actively participate in the ‘Hearts4Heartless’ mission theme, ensuring no animal is left behind in times of crisis.
