साथी फौंऊडेशन शेनवडी, ता.खटाव, जि.सातारा या संस्थेने खटाव सारख्या दुष्काळी तालुक्यात महिला सक्षमीकरण, महिला समुपदेशन केंद्र, बचत गट मोफत गाव वाचनालय, शिक्षण सक्तीचा कायदा व सर्व समावेशित शिक्षण (विकलांगता, अंध, मतिमंद, एच.आय.व्ही.,इ.) या सारख्या सामाज उपयुक्त प्रश्नावर तालुक्यात सर्वेक्षण करून प्रत्यक्ष कार्यात उतरणारी व कार्य करणारी ही तालुक्यातील एकमेव संस्था.
