ale for the inception of this outfit, is the glaring fact of this relationship, despite reposing bountiful potential in terms of complementarities and synergies, having endured benign neglect and been a proverbial blind-spot in popular consciousness and imagination and consequently an outlier of sorts, in mutual policy calculus. With the changing concourse of global economic and strategic circumstances, the pressing imperative to reshape and recast the existing tenor engagement, on a new template, in a manner, that renders it comprehensive and strategic, transitioning away from a syndrome of transactional dependency, defines the three dimensions of the Foundation, which seeks to be a Think-Tank (a repository for information and a platform for brainstorming, crystallizing and nurturing insightful ideas and perspectives), a Business Solutions Forum (offering incubation and hand-holding of new age business ventures from conception to inception) and a Soft Outreach Exponent (focusing on the wide gamut of soft power elements towards tapping goodwill, increasing consciousness and building bonds).
