CAIT के राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री एवं चांदनी चौक से सांसद श्री Praveen Khandelwal के नेतृत्व में देशभर के विभिन्न राज्यों के लगभग 20 वरिष्ठ व्यापारिक नेताओं के प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने आज केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री श्रीमती Nirmala Sitharaman जी से भेंट कर प्रस्तावित UPI MDR को लेकर व्यापारिक समुदाय की चिंताओं एवं सुझावों से अवगत कराया।

बैठक में CAIT के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष श्री बी.सी. भरतिया जी, राष्ट्रीय संयुक्त महासचिव Sumit Agarwal जी, AICPDF के अध्यक्ष श्री धैर्यशील पाटिल जी, AIMRA के चेयरमैन श्री कैलाश लखयानी जी, AIJGF के अध्यक्ष श्री पंकज अरोड़ा जी सहित विभिन्न व्यापारिक संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।

वित्त मंत्री जी ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल की बातों को धैर्यपूर्वक सुना। सकारात्मक एवं रचनात्मक संवाद के बाद AICPDF और AIMRA ने 2 अक्टूबर को प्रस्तावित “No UPI Day” का आह्वान वापस लेने का निर्णय लिया है।

CAIT डिजिटल भुगतान और UPI की सफलता के प्रति पूर्णतः प्रतिबद्ध है। हमारा उद्देश्य यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि डिजिटल भुगतान व्यवस्था को और मजबूत करते हुए नीतियां व्यापारियों, MSMEs और पूरे डिजिटल व्यापारिक इकोसिस्टम के लिए व्यावहारिक एवं संतुलित हों।

Sumit Agarwal ji, National Joint General Secretary, CAIT & Prabhari – North India.

With the blessings of Shri Brijmohan Agarwal ji, National Chairman, and Shri Balkrishna Bhartia ji, National President, and under the guidance of Shri Praveen Khandelwal ji, National Secretary General, the chapter will work under the able patronage of Shri Piara Lal Seth Ji.

Shri Sundeep Khosla Ji will serve as President, leading a newly constituted team of 25 office bearers who took the oath to serve the trading community.

We want to clarify that these reports are completely misleading and false. CAIT has not given any such call.

CAIT has consistently supported the growth of UPI and India’s digital payments revolution. We remain committed to working with all stakeholders to strengthen India’s digital payment ecosystem and empower our traders in the digital age.

The Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) has clarified that it has not announced or endorsed any nationwide “No UPI Day” on October 2.

A World Record for India’s Traders! 🏆

CAIT Chhattisgarh Chapter, under the leadership of Mr. Amar Parwani, has created a World Record for the Largest Taxation Awareness Campaign (multiple locations).

The Vyapari Kar Samvad, held in collaboration with the Income Tax Department of Chhattisgarh, brought together traders across the state for a landmark awareness initiative necessary for greater understanding and awareness of taxation.
