Entire the whole career Hotel Staffs go through some severe experiences but not a single person has yet raised voice against it.Today with a highly optimistic and buoyant view and with great alacrity towards resolving the problems of all the hotel staff I am founding this organization. Duty hour for all the Hotel Staffs should be fixed up to 9 hours and work shifts should be managed on the basis o
f the above criterion.
2. As we all know that there is a set courtesy of the communication which is followed in the Hotel Industry while communicating with the guests. It is our earnest demand that the same courtesy and polite way of communication should also be ensured while communicating to each other among the Hotel Staffs. Seniors should not treat juniors with contempt and it must be ensured that no invective is used while communicating to a senior or junior staff of the organization.
3. There is a widespread phenomenon in the Hotel Industry that staffs are not paid commensurate with their work and experience. One has to spend his three or four precious years to complete degree or diploma in Hotel Management and not only time but from the financial perspective too, he has to spend a good sum of money. After completion of the course, seldom or never one is able to draw more than 10k monthly salary. The average salary of a degree or diploma holder in the Hotel Industry is only 8k per month. It is highly lamentable that even after being a diploma or degree holder, the hoteliers are in compulsion to draw a very meager amount as salary. We will take this matter up and demand for the reasonable salary (i.e. minimum 13k per month) so that one could survive with pride and honour in life.
