From the very beginning, Vrindan Foundation was envisioned as a movement that would carry the awareness of art, culture, and their transformative impact far beyond the spaces we directly work in. Our mission has always been to ensure that these traditions reach younger generations across states, inspiring them to see the arts not just as a legacy, but as a meaningful path forward.

We have been deeply fortunate to have our Founder Trustee, Smt. Archana Singh ji , ( )an acclaimed Kathak exponent, represent Vrindan Foundation at the Sanskar Bharati ( ) Seminar in Gwalior.

In places where many young minds may have had little exposure to the possibilities that art and culture can offer, whether it’s such interactions , avenues and true careers - these conversations become more important than ever. They become moments of awakening.

For us, every young person inspired is like another lamp being lit. Every lit lamp carries the promise of hope, ensuring that the light of our cultural heritage continues to shine for generations to come…🪷🪔✨

What happens when movement begins to follow rhythm?🪷

Celebrating June as a month of wellness 🧘‍♀️

As part of Antar Dhwani, we explore the meeting point of music and wellness through “Rhythmic Yog” a musical piece - where each posture, transition, and breath is guided by carefully composed beats and tempo. Inspired by the natural cadence of the human heartbeat, the music creates a steady pulse that encourages the body to move with greater awareness, presence, and ease….

In this practice, music is more than an accompaniment. It becomes a guide. A gentle thread connecting breath to movement, stillness to flow, and the individual to their inner rhythm.

While International Yoga Day may have passed, our celebration continues throughout the month. Because yoga is not a date to observe, but a practice to embody. And much like rhythm, its impact is felt not in a single moment, but through consistent return.

Through Antar Dhwani, we continue listening to the dialogue between sound, body, and breath, one beat at a time.

• World Yoga Day •

This World Yoga Day, we celebrate the harmony of breath, body, and sound through our signature project - Antar Dhwani 🪷

At Vrindan, we explore the gentle meeting point of yoga and music, where every inhalation finds its rhythm, every movement follows a taal, and every note becomes a pathway to inner stillness. Through this journey, we discover that wellness is not just practiced, but experienced through the synchronization of breath, movement, and melody.

As yoga lends its form, balance, and awareness, music offers its healing resonance, creating a space where the body moves, the mind quiets, and the spirit listens.

Here’s to finding our rhythm within.

Happy International Yoga Day. 🕉️✨
