Under the leadership of *President Mr. Girish Joshi*, we requested the Election Commission to follow proper rules during the Voter List Revision process.

This is a big step towards ensuring transparency and fair elections in our area.

🌳 वृक्ष छाटणी व स्थिरता तपासणी तातडीने करण्यात यावी

मुंबईसह विविध ठिकाणी अलीकडे वृक्ष कोसळण्याच्या घटना घडत असून त्यातून जीवित व वित्तहानी झाली आहे. पावसाळ्याच्या पार्श्वभूमीवर रोडपाली परिसरातील मोठ्या व जुन्या वृक्षांची तातडीने पाहणी करणे अत्यंत आवश्यक आहे.

रोडपाली रेसिडेंट्स वेल्फेअर असोसिएशन (RRWA) तर्फे पनवेल महानगरपालिकेस नम्र विनंती आहे की,

रोडपाली परिसरातील मोठ्या वृक्षांची तातडीने छाटणी (Tree Trimming) करण्यात यावी.

सर्व वृक्षांची स्थिरता व सुरक्षिततेची तपासणी (Tree Stability Audit) करण्यात यावी.

विशेषतः गिरीराज टॉवर लेन ते क्राउन अरिहंत BG2 मार्गे ओरियन परिसर तसेच इतर संवेदनशील भागांना प्राधान्य देण्यात यावे.

संभाव्य अपघात टाळण्यासाठी आवश्यक प्रतिबंधात्मक उपाययोजना त्वरित राबविण्यात याव्यात.

We hope the Panvel Revised & Comprehensive Development Plan 2024–2044 is implemented as envisioned, bringing world-class infrastructure, sports facilities, parks, open spaces and recreational amenities to Roadpali in the coming years. RRWA will continuously follow up with the concerned authorities to ensure these proposed developments become a reality for the benefit of all residents.

We also humbly request our Respected MLA Shri Prashant Thakur Ji and our Hon'ble Nagarsevaks to kindly extend their continued support and actively pursue the implementation of these proposed development projects. ⚡ Roadpali Electricity Issue: RRWA Takes Action, Media Covers, MSEDCL Assures Solution*

Continuous power cuts in Roadpali, Kharghar have made life difficult for 10,000+ residents. Lifts stopping mid-way, elderly & children forced to climb stairs, sleepless nights due to night cuts, and water supply disruption – Roadpali was suffering.

*RRWA acted.*

A delegation from _Roadpali Rahiwasi Kalyan Sanghatna_ met Mahavitaran Executive Engineer Shri Jitendra Mane at MSEB office and submitted a written memorandum demanding immediate action.

*Members present:* Deepak Kasturi, Girish Joshi, Avinash Gehlot, Narendra Karandikar.

*Mahavitaran’s Assurance to RRWA:*
✅ Complete audit of Roadpali substation & power lines
✅ Additional transformer to be installed in Roadpali to handle rising load from new housing projects
✅ Necessary measures underway to stop frequent interruptions

We have also submitted the same request to Hon. MLA Shri Prashant Thakur for a permanent, long-term solution.

*This issue is now covered by media.* RRWA will continuously follow up with MSEDCL until residents get stable, uninterrupted power supply.

रोडपाली पाणी संकट: रहिवाशांची तातडीच्या कारवाईची मागणी; वर्षांच्या उपेक्षेवर उपस्थित केले प्रश्न रोडपाली, कळंबोली सध्या एका गंभीर आणि चिंताजनक पाणी संकटाचा सामना करत आहे, ज्यामुळे हजारो रहिवासी त्यांच्या दैनंदिन गरजांसाठी पूर्णपणे खाजगी पाणी टँकर्सवर अवलंबून आहेत. गेल्या दोन महिन्यांपासून परिस्थिती सतत बिघडत चालली आहे; आता तर रहिवाशांनी असे कळवले आहे की, रोडपालीच्या अनेक भागांमध्ये नियमित पाणीपुरवठ्याचा एकही थेंब मिळत नाहीये. नागरिकांमधील संताप अधिकच वाढवणारी बाब म्हणजे जवळच्या परिसराशी असलेला विरोधाभास—ज्यामध्ये कळंबोलीचे काही भाग आणि रोडपाली गावाचा समावेश आहे—जिथे पाणीपुरवठा तुलनेने स्थिर आहे. रोडपाली हे एक प्रमुख निवासी केंद्र असूनही, केवळ रोडपालीचीच सातत्याने उपेक्षा का केली जात आहे, असा प्रश्न रहिवासी उपस्थित करत आहेत. या निराशाजनक परिस्थितीत आणखी भर घालणारी वस्तुस्थिती म्हणजे, पनवेल महानगरपालिका गेल्या ८ वर्षांपासून रोडपालीच्या रहिवाशांकडून कर वसूल करत आहे; तरीही खात्रीशीर पाणीपुरवठ्यासारख्या मूलभूत सेवा अजूनही अविश्वसनीय आहेत किंवा पूर्णपणेच अनुपस्थित आहेत. नागरिक आता प्रशासकीय अधिकारी आणि लोकप्रतिनिधींच्या उत्तरदायित्वावर (जबाबदारीवर) उघडपणे प्रश्नचिन्ह उपस्थित करत आहेत. नियमित पाणीपुरवठा पूर्णपणे कोलमडल्यामुळे, गृहनिर्माण सोसायट्यांना खाजगी पाणी टँकर्सवर अवलंबून राहणे भाग पडत आहे. यामुळे केवळ रहिवाशांवरील आर्थिक बोजाच वाढला नाही, तर पाण्याच्या गुणवत्तेबाबत, स्वच्छतेबाबत आणि आरोग्याच्या धोक्यांबाबतही गंभीर चिंता निर्माण झाल्या आहेत; कारण टँकरमधील पाण्याचा स्रोत आणि त्याची सुरक्षितता याबद्दल कोणतीही स्पष्टता उपलब्ध नाही. 'रोडपाली रहिवासी कल्याण संघटने'च्या (RRWA) नेतृत्वाखाली रहिवाशांनी खालीलप्रमाणे स्पष्ट आणि तातडीच्या मागण्या मांडल्या आहेत: पाणीटंचाईच्या काळात मोफत पाणी टँकर्सची व्यवस्था करणे नियमित आणि पुरेसा पाणीपुरवठा करण्याची हमी देणे संबंधित प्रशासकीय अधिकाऱ्यांकडून उत्तरदायित्व आणि प्रत्यक्ष जागेवर जाऊन कारवाई करणे पुन्हा उद्भवणारी संकटे टाळण्यासाठी दीर्घकालीन पायाभूत सुविधांचे नियोजन करणे "ही आता केवळ गैरसोय राहिलेली नाही—तर हे मूलभूत प्रशासनाचेच अपयश आहे. पाणी ही एक मूलभूत गरज आहे, तो काही विशेष अधिकार (privilege) नाही," असे एका रहिवाशाने म्हटले. परिस्थिती आता एका नाजूक वळणावर येऊन पोहोचली असल्याने, रहिवाशांनी असा इशारा दिला आहे की, जर तातडीने पावले उचलली गेली नाहीत, तर हे संकट आणखी चिघळू शकते; ज्यामुळे अधिक तीव्र स्वरूपाची सामूहिक आंदोलने आणि निदर्शने केली जातील. रोडपालीचा आवाज एकच आहे: आम्ही कर भरतो. आम्हाला पाणी मिळण्याचा अधिकार आहे. — रोडपाली रहिवासी कल्याण संघटना

Dear Roadpali Residents,

Many of us were hopeful that the Hon. Chief Minister would directly listen to and respond to Roadpali’s concerns. However, today’s program was primarily focused on a *summary of developmental work carried out during the tenure,* and unfortunately, *no one got the opportunity to raise Roadpali's issues during the interaction.*

That said, it is important to note that *Roadpali and RRWA were visibly present on a very important platform.* Our Chairman, *Mr. Girish Joshi,* was given the honour of welcoming *Hon. Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis ji, which reflects the recognition of Roadpali and RRWA at the highest level.*

While we could not present our issues today, *our responsibility and commitment remain unchanged.* RRWA is now planning a *one-on-one meeting with the winning candidate and the Hon. MLA,* where we will *directly, clearly, and firmly put forward Roadpali’s key issues—* including pollution, water supply, infrastructure challenges, and long-pending development matters. We will also seek *accountability and clear timelines* for Roadpali’s development going forward.

As a Welfare Association, our role is to *represent residents collectively, raise concerns at the right forums, and relentlessly follow up.* We may not have executive authority, but *we will never stop raising Roadpali’s voice,* because silence only weakens our cause.
