Our club celebrated its 2023-24 thanksgiving ceremony and club charter day on 29 th June 2024 India Habitat Centre Delhi hosted by president Naveen Kalraand First Lady Sushma Kalra. Indeed a moment and evening of reconciliation of yearly activities and expressing gratitude to the entire team , friends and district representatives .

Very well thought and organised event with moments of nostalgia and looking forward to another successful year ahead . Each and every member and guest was felt special by this amazing duo with personal thanking speech

Another achievement by our club !!!

*Rotary Plastic Warriors*

Rotary District 3011, through Rotary Club of Delhi Janak (President *Binita Kakkar*) and Rotary Club of Delhi West Metro (President *Naveen Kalra*), in association with IPCA launched their project *Rotary Plastic Warriors*. The project is funded by District Grant and Club contributions.

The objective is to collect plastic in bins through schools/RWA and transported in vehicles bought for this purpose to IPCA processing plant who will recycle and convert to useful benches.

The pickup vehicle was also flagged off in the presence of COG members and a large number of rotarians from various clubs.

Other clubs are also requested to consider this project and be a part of this crusade against plastic.

We are privileged to be a part of this initiative.

Fecilitation of children who got merit in E block MCD School. The event was cosponsored by Rotary club Delhi west metro and supervised by president Naveen Kalra and First Lady Sushma Kalra. Our club strives to do the best for these kids in which ever way possible .
Dental Hygiene kit was given to all the children of school by RCD West Metro on 10 th April 2024
A special screening of Chandrayaan 1,2 and 3 was done for NANHE sapne kids on 7 th April 2024 too

On 5 th Apr-2024) facilitation function was organized for MCD School G Block Naraina Vihar. Gifts were distributed to class Toppers

Our club members donated generously for Akash Saraswat , a young medical
Student from govt homeopathic medical college in Delhi who is suffering from serious kidney disease . His surgery is due soon in March end .

Rotary club of Delhi west metro organised FREE “Heart check -up camp “ in association with Dr Neeraj Bhalla ( HOD cardiology -B L Kapur -MAX hospital , Pusa Road ) and his efficient team on 14/01/2024 at Sanatan Dharam Mandir G - block Naraina Vihar , New Delhi 110028
Camp was very smoothly organised under the leadership of president Naveen kalra and his team . Special thanks to Rtn Vandana Bhalla for coordination . More than 60 participants were benefited with general health and heart check up with tests like bone marrow density , serum lipid profile , blood sugar and ECG were conducted as advised by the cardiologist . Specialists for physiotherapy and dietary consultation department also gave their inputs to the patients .
DR NEERAJ BHALLA gave various tips on dietary and lifestyle habits to obtain optimum heart health .
Thanks to Rotarian Ajay Thakur and Vandana Dhadwal Thakur for supervising the event as project chair

We all got together and had a blast at sunder nursery !! Christmas picnic organised by our club on 23 rd dec 2023 !! Had a gala of events with games / food and chit chat !! Kudos to organisers Neena Arora Sajdeh and Bhawna Gupta for excellent arrangement!! Sun was sparking and glowing and we were at our “Mast best “hope to keep having more such events closer to the nature !!
