A Small Update on Dhurba

All well-wishers of Dhurba from Namchi are kindly informed that he is currently doing well and is under the care of a doctor. We have seen significant improvement in his condition, although there is still a long way to go and continued treatment and care are necessary.

We intentionally did not visit him earlier as we wanted to give him some time to become familiar with his new surroundings and comfortably adapt to the place.

All his medical and related expenses are being taken care of by our Disciplinary Head, Madam Krishna Kumari Rai. We are deeply grateful for her continued support and concern.

Everyone on our end is making every possible effort to support Dhurba through this difficult time. Ultimately, however, his recovery will also depend on how his body responds to the treatment.

On July 21, 2026, Voice Hee Goan hosted the successful second edition of its storytelling session at it’s official. The event drew enthusiastic participation from students across various age groups, ranging from UKG to Class 10. Older students (Classes 6 to 10) participated in an essay-writing task on “Creative Thinking,” yielding results that far exceeded expectations. Meanwhile, elementary students enjoyed an engaging storytelling session led by Mrs. Renuka S***a, alongside an open-ended drawing activity that allowed them to freely express their imaginations.
