Buddhist Wisdom World
Buddha, also known as Siddhartha Gautama, was a spiritual teacher and the founder of Buddhism. He was born in the 6thβ5th century BCE in Lumbini (modern-day Nepal). After years of meditation and seeking enlightenment, he attained Nirvana under the Bodhi tree in Bodh Gaya, India. His teachings, known as the Dharma, focus on the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, guiding followers toward peace and liberation from suffering.
