As we bring the 5th Inter-School Yogasana Competition to a close note, we do so with deep gratitude and appreciation.🎉💙

Our sincere thanks to the management of Keshav Memorial High School, Narayanguda for their generous support and for providing the premises that helped us host this event smoothly and successfully ✨. We are equally grateful to our dedicated volunteers, whose tireless efforts behind the scenes ensured seamless coordination throughout the day.🔥

Soulful traditional bhajans by the Suswara team set a serene tone, followed by a thoughtful skit where students beautifully narrated the essence of the Ramayan. The evening unfolded with vibrant dance performances and powerful yoga stunts, blending culture, creativity, and discipline into one unforgettable experience.✨🎉

Exhibition Highlights | 5th Inter-School Yogasana Competition ⚡️

As the competition unfolded on the mat, learning came alive beyond it.✅

As part of the 5th Inter-School Yogasana Competition, an engaging yoga exhibition was organised where 24 students confidently stepped into the role of young educators. 👏🏻Through well-designed posters and interactive explanations, they guided visitors through key aspects of health and wellness.👩‍🏫

From the calming resonance of 🕉️ chanting to the graceful flow of Surya–Chandra Namaskar and Ashtanga Yoga, students artistically demonstrated both theory and practice of yoga for thyroid health, spine care, lung strength, digestion, stress management, PCOD/PCOS, and weight management with clarity and confidence 🧘‍♂️✨

The exhibition reflected confidence, understanding, and mindful communication—making it an educational and impactful experience for all who visited.💚

With focus in their eyes and confidence in every movement, students stepped into the Preliminary and Final Rounds of the Yogasana Competition. 🏟️💪 The arena came alive with disciplined postures, steady balance, and controlled breathing—across both individual and group performances. 🧘‍♂️

Each asana told a story of preparation, perseverance, and passion for yoga. 📖🔥 The dedication shown by these young practitioners was truly inspiring! 🌟🙌
