Inaugurated in 2007, the Sou. Sushila Prithviraj Chavan Pratishthan (SSPCP) Cultural Centre, Mumbai has been committed since its inception to promoting and preserving the country’s rich and vibrant traditions in dance, music and folk theatre, as well as catalyzing new and innovat

ive work in the field of the performing arts. The chief aim of SSPCP is to propagate the magnificent tradition of Indian Dance (Classical and Folk) in its pristine purity and to conduct research. The SSPCP was launched as a pioneering venture into the field of Indian Dance as a Fine Art. This was done with a view to provide an alternative vocational field for students interested in pursuing dance as a full time carrier. The SSPCP believe in “The journey on un-trodden paths makes life meaningful….”
