IC3 Movement With its mission to bring counseling in every school, the IC3 Movement, at its core, is dedicated to

IC3 drives sustainable and inclusive college counseling practices focused on student success. We bring together high school leaders and higher education representatives through professional development events that promote systems to support students seeking higher education at home and around the world. Comprising four key, volunteer-driven initiatives -- the Annual IC3 Conference, IC3 Regional Forums, IC3 Live, and the IC3 Institute -- the IC3 Movement aims to empower every school to run a robust, fully functioning, career and college counseling department.

It’s shaped in the moments between the lessons, in how we respond, what we notice, what we expect, and what we make space for.

As educators and counselors, we are part of that environment every day. Taking a step back can help us notice the emotional dynamics at play, and understand what may be shaping them.

The Invisible Curriculum: Emotional Ecology is an invitation to look beneath what we see and explore practical ways to respond with greater awareness and skill.

As part of IC3’s ongoing commitment to counseling & well-being in every school, this session with The Aha Movement begins a year-long series of learning and reflection for educators and counselors.

Say Hi to H.I. 👋

The future may be powered by AI - Artificial Intelligence, but it must always be guided by HI - Human Intelligence.
At the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, Dr. Indu Shahani, Founding President & Chancellor of ATLAS SkillTech University, brought a powerful perspective to one of the most important conversations shaping education today.

As AI transforms how we learn, work and navigate the world, her message brought us back to what technology cannot replace: curiosity, empathy, imagination, ethics, and the ability to think beyond the answers we are given.
AI can process information. It can identify patterns. It can generate answers.

HI asks the questions. It brings context, judgement, empathy and imagination to what comes next. As we look deeply and move from information to insight, perhaps the question is not AI or HI.

It’s how we bring the two together.
Technology will keep evolving.
The human intelligence guiding it will matter even more.

A shared commitment to listen, to care, and to make a difference. Countless hugs, smiles, conversations, and fist bumps later, that commitment has grown into a community united by a shared purpose: to reimagine how career counseling and student well-being are understood and practiced in schools.

This is a glimpse of the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo. A celebration of the people, the moments, and the shared belief that brought us here.
And to our strategic partners, thank you for believing in this journey, walking alongside us, and helping us turn a shared vision into a movement.

As we wrap up the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, we’re filled with immense gratitude.

To every counselor, educator, school and university leader, partner, esteemed speaker, volunteer, student, and member of the IC3 community: thank you for bringing your voice, perspective, and belief to this journey.

Over the past decade, every conversation, connection, and shared commitment has strengthened our mission of counseling and well-being in every school.

As we look ahead, we do so with renewed purpose and excitement for what the next ten years can make possible: more schools reached, more counselors empowered, more meaningful conversations, and more young people supported in navigating their futures.
