The journey to the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo moved a step forward with our second Host School Meeting at École Mondiale World School.

It was heartening to see schools and students come together with such enthusiasm, ownership, and a shared sense of purpose. These are the spaces where ideas take shape, confidence grows, and the IC3 experience truly begins.

We had an absolute blast in Sport-O-Mania at the IC3 Regional Conference 2026. From racing with spoons in our mouths and lemons teetering on top to diving into the Name Initials Icebreaker game, the fun was endless.

It wasn’t just about the activities, it was the laughter, the energy and the incredible team spirit that made it all unforgettable.

The Indian government has announced a wide-ranging education push in , with a clear focus on preparing young people for the job market.
The Budget reflects a growing recognition that careers are becoming more diverse and interconnected.

For the first time, the budget has also formally recognised content creation as a career path, with plans to set up content labs in 15,000 secondary schools. This acknowledges how careers are evolving with creativity, technology, and digital skills at the core.

At IC3, we see this as an important step forward. At the same time, it reinforces why guidance matters more than ever. As opportunities grow and career paths become less linear, students need support to understand their options, make informed choices, and plan for a global future.

When IC3 first began, our vision was simple: to bring counseling to every school. It may have felt ambitious at the time, but with the incredible support of passionate individuals like you, that vision has turned into a global movement.

As we approach the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, we are filled with gratitude and excitement. This milestone isn’t just about the journey we’ve made; it’s a reflection of the collective effort and shared vision that’s gotten us here.

With everyone sharing their 2016 throwbacks, it felt like the right moment for us to pause and look back too.

With the recent move by CBSE to make 2 counselors mandatory in schools, this aligns perfectly with IC3's mission, giving a big push to support schools in providing students with the guidance and resources they need to succeed.

In 2016, IC3 began with a simple belief: bringing counseling to every school. The idea was clear even then, students need guidance early, consistently, and with care.

A decade later, that belief is finding space at a national level and the conversation is slowly shifting. From being exam-focused to supporting students with clarity, confidence, and well-being.

What started as a small movement has grown alongside the education ecosystem itself.

As we reflect on where we began and look ahead, we’re curious - what should the next ten years of counseling in schools truly focus on? We invite you to share your thoughts with us as we continue shaping the future of education.

And as we mark this milestone, we can’t wait to come together again at the 10th Annual IC3 Conference and Expo in August 2026 to continue this journey of growth and collaboration.
