When students and parents are part of the conversation, counseling becomes a shared commitment to a student’s growth, decision-making, and well-being.

The IC3 Host School Student & Parent Conference is a dedicated experience within the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, designed specifically for students and parents. It creates a space where families can engage directly with universities, educators, counselors, and industry experts through meaningful conversations and curated sessions.

With 2,000+ students and parents from 30+ IC3 Host Schools, the conference brings together the voices that are central to every educational journey. Rooted in this year’s theme, “Looking Deeply - From Information to Insight,” the experience encourages students and families to move beyond information and engage with questions of purpose, fit, growth, and future readiness.

For universities and organizations, this creates a valuable opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the aspirations, concerns, and decision-making journeys of students and parents as they navigate important choices about higher education and careers.

Beginning by Looking Within

The 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo began with a pause.

Before the conversations, ideas, and possibilities of the next two days, we made space to look inward, to reflect, reconnect, and simply be present.

We are grateful to our host, Jamnabai Narsee School, Mumbai, for creating the space for this meaningful beginning.

Led by Dr. Preeti Kohli, BHMS and Ganesh Kohli, today’s Foundations of Conscious Counseling & Teaching (Inner Child Workshop) invited participants to explore the experiences and emotions that quietly shape how we see ourselves and engage with the world around us.

It felt like a fitting beginning to a new decade for the IC3 Movement, one that places well-being at the heart of the student journey, while recognizing that meaningful change begins with the people who guide, support, and nurture young lives.

As we move closer to the 10th Annual IC3 Conference & Expo, we concluded our 4th and final Host School Meeting at Stellar World School.

It was wonderful to connect with students, counselors, and educators as they came together to learn more about the experiences planned for the conference and prepare for the journey ahead.

These meetings are an important part of bringing our Host School community together, building excitement, creating connections, and strengthening the shared spirit of the conference.

A special thank you to Stellar World School for hosting us and to all our for being a part of this journey and for bringing your energy and enthusiasm.
