Meet Sucharita Ghosh, who showed how a Gandhi Fellow can transform challenges into impact at the last mile.

When only 61 percent of health facilities in Munger, Bihar were registered on the SaQsham portal, she stepped in and started working closely with district and block-level stakeholders, conducting facility visits, and providing step-by-step support with telephonic follow-ups. Her efforts increased registration to 84%, moving the district closer to full quality healthcare participation.

This is how Gandhi Fellows transform challenges into action that counts. To know more, visit our website: https://digitalbharatcollaborative.org/change-management/
