“Nyay Sahay” is a public service initiative to promote legal awareness, civic education, and access to procedural support for vulnerable persons in Assam.
This page is administered by a responsible and informed citizen with a background in legal studies, but is not an enrolled advocate, and hence does not offer legal advice, opinions, or representation.
The services offered are limited to educational resources, public domain formats, and assistance in drafting non-litigious applications like RTIs, police complaints, affidavits, and DLSA petitions.
Any support extended is in the spirit of social service and civic duty under the Constitution and is not a substitute for legal counsel.
No fee is charged for basic help.
Where considerable time or effort is involved, a nominal voluntary contribution may be requested, strictly not as a legal fee, but as a goodwill facilitation for sustainability.
