We’re beyond thrilled to share a proud moment with you! One of our shining stars, Ms. Madhumita Das, was recently invited to present her inspiring journey at the World MSME Day organized by the Paschim Medinipur District Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
Madhumita began her journey at Jan Shikshan Sansthan, Nazarganj Training Centre, where she enrolled in our Beauty Care & Assistant vocational course. She didn’t just complete her training—she transformed her future.Today, she runs her own beauty parlour, and—most importantly—she's now empowering others by providing employment to 4 staff members!
This is what true empowerment looks like—and we are committed to creating many more success stories like hers across Paschim Medinipur.

🌟 Udaan – Safalta Ka Utsav | Ex-Trainee Meet 2025 🌟

We are delighted to share that Jan Shikshan Sansthan – Paschim Medinipur successfully organized its much-awaited Ex-Trainee Meet – Udaan: Safalta Ka Utsav on 20th June 2025 at the Royal Academy Auditorium.

This event served as a vibrant platform for our previous year’s trainees to reunite, reflect, and re-inspire. The primary goal was to celebrate their journeys, encourage continued growth, and highlight stories of transformation.

✅ Inspiring success stories from trainees who have carved a path of self-reliance and entrepreneurship
✅ Product showcases by trainees demonstrating their skills and creativity

Today, on the occasion of Rabindra Jayanti, we organized a vibrant cultural event at our Chandrakona Town Study Centre. Beneficiaries showcased their talents through poetry, Rabindra Sangeet, and short drama, paying tribute to Gurudev Tagore.

Our JSS Chairman, Director and staff also actively participated, making the event truly special. Moments like these remind us that beyond skill-building, nurturing cultural values is equally important.
