ISKCON Connection is ISKCON’s global membership services office, created by the GBC in order to facilitate its communication and connection with ISKCON’s members, thereof the name ISKCON Connection. The ISKCON Connection initiative came from the Organisational Development Committee (ODC); the Strategic Planning Team (SPT) of ISKCON which executes the resolutions made by the GBC. On the basis of th
e GBC resolution from 2014, the ODC is now concretising the ISKCON Connection office for all people who wish to ascribe to a declaration of support and allegiance to ISKCON. (This declaration and allegiance is to be found on this webpage). ISKCON Connection’s main functions are:
- to register all kinds of existing ISKCON memberships as well as new once. (This is not a new type of membership, only a global way to register your ISKCON membership).
- to connect ISKCON members with ISKCON’s leadership,
- to regularly update everyone who signs up about existing local ISKCON centres, communities, news, events and activities, Kirtan melas, seminars, retreats, spiritual inspiration, educations and so on through a weekly email newsletter.
- to bring all ISKCON members together and unite them as one global spiritual family with Mayapura Dhama as their common spiritual headquarters. The GBC members strongly encourage everyone who is interested in ISKCON to register themselves through the webpage www.iskconconnection.org in order to feel and be connected to what is occurring in ISKCON.
