We received a call regarding an elderly dog, at the TKM road, Mahabs, with a severe open wound near his right ear. He struggled to lift his head and exhibited weak body movement and lethargy typical of injured animals, likely resulting from facial fracture. Yet again, unfortunately, here we have a miserable case of a motor accident. Beyond the visible wound, he must be enduring unimaginable pain.

These are the surest signs to take him to the hospital immediately, and we did everything we could to ensure emergency care and consistent treatment. Following initial checkups, we were told that his jaw had been fractured too.

But he's still a long long way from recovery and normalcy. We'd like to raise donations, however small it is, to cover his treatment. We aren't willing to give up on him, and we really hope you won't either.

Reach out to us if you'd like to contribute for his treatment or learn more about what we do. Your kind contributions go a long way!!

During our usual stroll to feed the dogs, we came across a dog with a severe, active maggot wound on the back of his neck.

We were left with no choice but to catch him for immediate treatment; if left untreated, a wound like this can lead to fatal internal complications. But there was a big challenge ahead: he is one of those "aggressive" dogs whose behavior is driven purely by fear and fear alone.

Luckily, after several failed attempts, we finally caught him. Since then, he has been receiving around-the-clock medication and making regular hospital visits.

If anyone wishes to sponsor his ongoing hospital travels to Chennai, kindly reach out to us. Thank you! :)

It's always heartbreaking to find animals hit by vehicles, especially those little ones with paralysed limbs, deadly wounds, and the list goes on. One such incident occurred when we received a call from a tourist regarding a little puppy near The Lighthouse, Mahabs, being run over by a vehicle, which resulted in paralysed hind legs.

We are currently giving her the immediate medical care she needs, but in the long run, we require urgent funds to take care of hospital visits, specialized treatments, and nursing. For those who’d like to donate to give her the second chance she deserves, the UPI details have been given in the post.

However small the donation is, every rupee counts!!
