He was found lying on the side of the road, barely moving. 💔

Just 5–6 months old, Bunny had survived a terrible accident, severe head trauma, tick fever, and the loss of his left eye.

Today, he can walk. He can eat. He survived.

But his head injury left him with a permanent circling movement, making the streets too dangerous for him.

Bunny survived once. He shouldn’t have to risk surviving again.

He needs a safe place, a loving family, and a forever home. 🐾❤️

“One loss changed the way I saw animals forever.”❤️

Dr. Sagar’s love for animals began in childhood, growing up with three dogs and two buffaloes.👨🏻‍⚕️

But losing Tommy after a severe injury left him heartbroken, and made him realise how helpless animals can be when they need help the most.🐶

From sharing his school tiffin with stray dogs to rescuing a kitten in Odisha, his love for animals only grew stronger.

Veterinary college took that passion further, giving him opportunities to care for everything from stray animals to wildlife like tigers and elephants.

Today, at Karma Foundation, he treats injured and homeless animals.👨🏻‍⚕️🐾

Because for Dr. Sagar, seeing an animal recover isn’t just treatment, it’s a purpose.✨

What kind of anger makes someone pick up a nail-studded stick and hurt a helpless dog?

Jeet was found covered in puncture wounds, one dangerously close to his eye. His body was exhausted, his cone soaked in blood, and his stomach empty. We can only imagine the fear and pain he endured.

But Jeet’s story doesn’t have to end with cruelty.

He needs surgery, medicines, and urgent care to heal. He didn’t choose what happened to him, but we can choose what happens next.

Don’t just comment, “Jeet, we are with you.” Be there.

Attacked by multiple dogs. Left with wounds crawling with maggots. 💔

Bullet was in so much pain that he couldn’t eat, walk properly, or even let anyone touch him.

At Karma Foundation, his wounds were cleaned, treated and dressed regularly. What seemed like superficial injuries took nearly a month to heal.

Today, Bullet is healed and back where he belongs. ❤️🐾

But there are many more like Bullet still waiting for help.

Jumbo came to Karma Foundation carrying unimaginable pain. 💔

A maggot-infested wound on his ear and a deep cut on his hind paw. But Jumbo kept fighting.

From emergency treatment and wound reconstruction to weeks of regular care, he fought his way back—one day at a time. ❤️‍🩹

After a month, Jumbo was healed and ready to return home. 🐾

"I don't think I ever chose animals. I think they chose me.🐾👨🏻‍⚕️

Ever since I was a child, I would bring home every puppy I found, feed them, and make sure they were okay. My school rotis went to dogs, and even in college, I carried biscuits in my bag for every animal I met. Mujhe khud nahi pata maine kitni baar in community animals ke liye logon se ladai ki hogi.

Becoming a veterinary doctor was never the plan. But once I entered the field, I realised it was perhaps life's greatest gift to me, to turn my love for animals into my purpose.

Even today, after treating dozens of animals, my day only feels complete when I've fed the cats and dogs around me. Some love simply cannot be explained. You just know you were meant for it."✨
