Madhubani Feed and Fodder Producers Farmer Producer Organization (MFAFP) is a collective of farmers from the Madhubani district of Bihar, formed with the objective of strengthening the livelihoods of rural producers engaged in agriculture and dairy-related activities. The organization focuses on the production, processing, and supply of quality feed and fodder to enhance livestock productivity and
support sustainable farming practices in the region. The FPO has been established under the guidance and technical support of the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) and the Bihar State Milk Co-operative Federation Ltd. Through collective action, it aims to ensure better access to quality inputs, efficient market linkages, capacity building of member farmers, and overall improvement in the dairy value chain. By integrating small and marginal farmers into a structured producer-owned enterprise, Madhubani Feed and Fodder Producers FPO strives to promote rural entrepreneurship, increase income opportunities, and contribute to the socio-economic development of the Madhubani district.
