🌸 Periods ek natural process hai — isme hygiene aur care bahut zaroori hai.
Sharm nahi, sahi jaankari zaroori hai. 💖

✅ Periods Care Tips:
• Pad har 4–6 ghante me change karein (flow ke hisaab se jaldi bhi).
• Sanitary pads, tampons, menstrual cup ya period panty — jo comfortable ho, safe tarike se use karein.
• Private area ko clean aur dry rakhein.
• Har baar pad change ke baad hands wash karein.
• Zyada pain, heavy bleeding ya irregular periods ho to doctor se consult karein.
• Healthy diet, pani aur proper rest lein.
• Used pads ko wrap karke dustbin me dispose karein.
