CII Foundation supported a Digital Literacy Project during March-June. A project completion workshop was organised to share experiences of 45 trainees and to felicitate those who completed all modules of the course. It was also an opportunity to thank RBI Lucknow for donating ten computers. So in a way, it was not project completion but continuation workshopšŸ˜Š. Students can now practice their skills on these computers. Grateful to all those who joined us yesterday.

Based on his book ā€œLetters on Yogaā€, the session focussed on Sri Aurobindo's biographical sketch, how he made departure towards Integral Yog, how is it different from other yogic paths and how it leads to conscious transformation. Key insights: 1)Mind is a faculty of seeking knowledge. 2)Ascent (call from below) and descent (grace from above), intermingling of these two refines lower consciouness. 3) Three watch words in Integral Yog - Deepening, Heightening and Widening.
