Hari is from a small village in Uttar Pradesh. Hari got educated in a Government school and always thought that being from Hindi Medium will not take him far in his life. Hari states that "Growing up in a village I have a deep connection with nature, & it was a great experience to be a country boy." He describes India village life as a real adventure, with the entire village living as one big Indian Family.

As he was growing up, the outside world started tempting him, even his teachers and parents had this discussion that a bright boy like him, should be given better opportunities that could be found in a city. Hari says, there were no light, roads and proper necessary facilities that could promise him a brighter future, so keeping a heavy stone on his heart, he moved to pursue his further education in the city of his parent's dream.

Hari mentions that he was full of self-doubt while studying with the English medium students and was underconfident. But slowly, he started realizing that in his weakness lies his biggest strength.

Hari is a celebrated IAS Officer and is currently serving as Secretary at Indian Administrative Service (IAS) - Government of India.Hari has written 3 books in his mother tongue titled, "Titliyon ka Shor, Kapaas ke agle mausam mein, America Meri Jaan."He started writing during college, but he never thought of making something professional out of it.

Talking about America meri Jaan, he quotes, "It is one of the books that reflect my life-based in the village and my experiences." Sab kirdaar merey sheher ke hain jinhe maine Sheher aakar bhi zinda rakhne ki, apne dil ke qareeb rakhne ki koshish kari hai. - He smiled with contentment.

Karan Bhangay is a young and dynamic Indian entrepreneur. He was born in Maharashtra and grew up in a typical middle-class Indian household. To be stable in life financially, driven with the classic Indian choice of either becoming a Doctor or an Engineer, and he opted for the latter. Karan commenced Engineering from Pondicherry and got support from his family, as he became an Engineer; it was his family's dream.
Karan candidly quotes, "I started working part-time from a young age as I was materialistic and treated myself with whatever I wanted to feel happy. Karan realised that he has all the qualities to be a successful businessman.
Karan's success journey began with becoming a publisher for a successful entertainment magazine, "Avant-Garde Life.

"The magazine covered the life stories of celebrities such as "Vaani Kapoor, Surya, Sonakshi Singa, Salman Khan, Shahid Kapoor, and many more.
Till date, Karan has launched a couple of successful start-ups. The Indian Luxury Expo Fail (TILE) is one such baby that is close to Karan'sKaran's heart. In Tile, all the luxury brands exhibited in various metro cities under a big event.
