E-Cell, NIT Calicut E-Cell NITC is an attempt at promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst the students’ community.

Our prime objective is to be a stepping stones for students who want to take the unconventional path and start their own venture. To gather the required expertise for them and help them approach Venture Capitalists (VC’s), investors and banks will be the major area of focus. BICC also plays a vital role in encouraging entrepreneurship through workshops, activities and guest lectures by eminent per

sonalities. Another objective of BICC is to provide Mentorship opportunities to students from entrepreneurs,professors, alumni and other startups. BICC will serve as a channel between the two, helping the student get the right mentor and vice versa. Not only does BICC play a pivotal role in developing entrepreneurial skills in young and budding entrepreneurs, it is a medium through which overall personality of students are shaped. It is a window through which they get a glimpse of the corporate world and what lies ahead.
