🎨 A Splash of Joy at Rajaram Bhiku Pathare School! 🌈

Across two vibrant Saturdays, Allianz Technology volunteers and children from IDEA’s Utkarsh Kharadi Center transformed the school’s cultural hall with colour, creativity and community spirit. On 28th June, volunteers laid the base coat. On 5th July, they returned to fill the space with beautiful colours. Guided by 45 volunteers, 30 children participated in the painting activity with excitement and joy. 🖌️✨ The day ended on a warm note with lunch and refreshments served by our ASHAAKIRAN Home Chef beneficiary. A day full of smiles, shared efforts, and lasting memories. 💖

Through our Aamhi Parivartak Program, over 800 youth and children from underserved communities are becoming confident learners, active citizens, and leaders of tomorrow.

With study centers and youth clubs, the project nurtures academic growth, life skills, and social responsibility, all in safe, inclusive spaces.

Because when young minds are given the right tools, they don’t just learn, they lead.

Through our UNNATI programme, we provide Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) Training, and we support women who have completed skilling programs to take the next step by starting their own enterprises or becoming self-employed.

Over 10 days, they learn key concepts like business planning, branding, micro-finance, and market demand through interactive methods such as skits, role plays, and case studies.

The program also builds essential soft skills like communication, digital literacy, and consumer understanding, helping women confidently enter the world of entrepreneurship and earn a sustainable income.

The first teachers’ monthly meeting for the new academic year under the Utkarsh Programme set a strong foundation for 2025.

With the theme “My Health, My Responsibility” guiding the year, educators came together to reflect on the “Back to School” activity, finalize study center plans, and align on key activities and syllabus goals.

We’re excited to see how these thoughtful discussions will shape meaningful learning experiences in the months ahead for IDEA Students.
