✨🎨 Peace Palette – Art Exhibition 2026 | A Grand Success! 🎨✨

In celebration of Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention Month, the Rotary Club of Kopargaon Central, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club of Sanjivani University, successfully organized the “Peace Palette – Art Exhibition Competition” on the inspiring theme “Express Peace Through Colors.” 🕊️

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from school and college students, who beautifully portrayed the values of peace, harmony, and conflict prevention through their creative artworks. The exhibition became a vibrant platform where young artists expressed powerful messages of unity and hope through colors and imagination. 🎨

We were honored by the gracious presence and encouragement of RTN. Rakesh Kale, whose valuable guidance added great significance to the event.

This initiative was successfully conducted with the active support of Rotarians Rohit Wagh, Rakesh Kale, Dr Mahendra Gawali, Dr. Samadhan Dahikar, Prof. Chytanya Kale, and Vishal Adhav, along with special encouragement from Hon’ble Amitdada Kolhe and Hon’ble Sumitdada Kolhe, whose cooperation greatly contributed to the smooth ex*****on of the event.

The program was organized under the leadership of Dr. Vinod R. Malkar, President (2025–26), Rotary Club of Kopargaon Central, with dedicated efforts from Rtr. Protecting Two-Wheeler Riders from Nylon Manja Hazards

Rotary Club of Kopargaon Central’s Community Safety Initiative

On the occasion of Makar Sankranti, when the use of nylon manja poses a serious threat to two-wheeler riders, the Rotary Club of Kopargaon Central, in association with the Rotaract Club of Sanjivani University, successfully organized a free distribution drive of Rotary Neck Safety Bands.

As part of this road safety initiative, 2,000 Neck Safety Bands were distributed to two-wheeler riders across major junctions and busy roads of Kopargaon city. These safety bands play a crucial role in protecting riders from potentially fatal neck injuries caused by nylon manja.
The initiative was formally inaugurated by Shri Ramkrishna Kumbhar, Senior Police Inspector, Kopargaon City, highlighting the importance of preventive safety measures. The program was graced by the presence of Hon. Shri Paragji Sandhan, Newly Elected Mayor, Kopargaon Municipal Council.
The event was further supported by Entrepreneur Shri Narayansheth Agrawal, Rotarians Rohit Wagh, Rakesh Kale, and Vishal Adhav, along with special event supporters Hon’ble Amitdada Kolhe and Hon’ble Sumitdada Kolhe, whose cooperation contributed significantly to the smooth ex*****on of the drive.
The initiative was conducted under the guidance of Rtn. Vinod Malkar, President, Rotary Club of Kopargaon Central. Valuable contributions were made by Rtr. Sakshi Rajat, President, Rotaract Club of Sanjivani University, Rtn. Viresh Agrawal, Treasurer, and Rtn. Vikram Lodha, Secretary.
This initiative reflects Rotary’s strong commitment to road safety, accident prevention, and community well-being, reinforcing the message that prevention is better than cure when it comes to saving lives.

रोटरी क्लब ऑफ कोपरगाव सेंट्रल येथे जिल्हा राज्यपालांची अधिकृत भेट

कोपरगाव, २८ सप्टेंबर २०२५ – रोटरी क्लब ऑफ कोपरगाव सेंट्रलच्या वतीने आज जिल्हा राज्यपाल रोटेरियन सुधीरजी लातूरे यांची अधिकृत भेट आयोजित करण्यात आली. या प्रसंगी त्यांच्यासोबत फर्स्ट लेडी रोटेरियन संगीता लातूरे, डिस्ट्रिक्ट गव्हर्नर ऑफिस सेक्रेटरी डॉ. राजगोपाल तपाडिया व असिस्टंट गव्हर्नर रोटेरियन रवीकिरण डाके उपस्थित होते.

कार्यक्रमास क्लब अध्यक्ष रोटेरियन विनोद मालकर, सेक्रेटरी रोटेरियन विक्रम लोढा, खजिनदार रोटेरियन वीरेश अग्रवाल, रोटरॅक्ट अध्यक्ष रोटरॅक्टर साक्षी राऊत, सेक्रेटरी रोटरॅक्टर सिद्धी चुट्टर, खजिनदार रोटरॅक्टर तिथी मालकर, संचालक मंडळ तसेच रोटरी व रोटरॅक्ट सदस्य मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.

आपल्या मार्गदर्शनपर भाषणात जिल्हा राज्यपाल रोटेरियन सुधीर लातूरे यांनी क्लबच्या अल्पावधीत झालेल्या प्रभावी उपक्रमांचे व समाजासाठी दिलेल्या योगदानाचे कौतुक केले.

कार्यक्रमाचे सूत्रसंचालन रोटेरियन महेंद्र गवळी यांनी उत्तमरीत्या केले.

या भेटीत विशेष पुरस्कार प्रदान करण्यात आले :
🏆 रोटरी समर्थ पुरस्कार – श्री. नितीन अशोक सोनसळे, दिव्यांग असूनही यशस्वीपणे स्टेशनरी व्यवसाय करणारे उद्योजक.
🏆 रोटरी आत्मनिर्भर पुरस्कार – श्री. संभाजी सुभाष जाधव, ज्यांनी कोपरगावातील प्रसिद्ध “संभा पोहे” या व्यवसायाला यशस्वी उंचीवर नेले.

✨ Over 200+ participants enthusiastically joined this mega wellness event.
💪 Remarkably, 151 participants successfully completed 108 Suryanamaskars, showcasing their dedication, strength, and spirit of yoga.
