Veteran artist Shree Dilip Das is going through a really tough patch financially. Though a legend as a Bangla comics creator Dilip Das's lifestyle has never gone up in proportion to his talent and skill.
Dew Foundation and North Dumdum Education and Welfare Society has handed him over a cheque to counter this time. Efforts will also be made to aware more readers and publishers about his works so that he gets enough offer to apply his art and ensure sustained earning. Many of his works are being printed without paying him his due as copyright. Hope this stops soon.
