A truly beautiful and inspiring initiative by Lions IPP Lion Pramod Mandholia Ji, who chose to celebrate the auspicious occasion of his son Manan Mandholia’s birthday not just with family and friends, but by sharing happiness with children at an orphanage.

The celebration included a heartfelt cake-cutting with the children, followed by the distribution of chocolates, snacks, and stationery items as return gifts for all the children. 🎂🍫📚

What makes this gesture truly special is the thought behind it—turning a personal celebration into an opportunity to bring smiles to children who deserve love, care, and happiness.

श्रद्धा, भक्ति और उत्साह से भरपूर इस पावन आयोजन में Lions परिवार के सदस्यों ने पूरे उत्साह के साथ सहभागिता की। सामूहिक पूजा, रुद्राभिषेक, भक्ति एवं fellowship ने इस अवसर को और भी विशेष एवं यादगार बना दिया। 🙏🔱

E-Waste Collection Drive – Activity Report 🌍💚

"Small actions today create a cleaner and greener tomorrow."

The E-Waste Collection Drive, jointly organized by Lions Club of Kolkata Royal, Leo Club of Kolkata Royal, and Leo Club of Kolkata Royal Zenith, with the valuable support of Team DCNRA, was successfully completed at Diamond City North Club House.

We are delighted to share that the drive received an excellent response from the residents and society members, who enthusiastically contributed their unused electronic waste and supported this environmental initiative. Their active participation reflected a strong commitment towards responsible e-waste disposal and a sustainable future.

A wide range of e-waste, including laptops, computers, mobile phones, printers, batteries, chargers, cables, and other electronic items, was collected for safe and responsible recycling.

We sincerely thank all the residents, Lions, Leos, Team DCNRA, volunteers, and supporters for making this green initiative a grand success. The proceeds from this drive will be utilized for Tree Plantation, Dustbin Distribution, and other environmental service projects, creating a lasting positive impact on our community.

Together, we proved that every small step towards recycling is a big step towards protecting our environment.

🇮🇳 Kargil Vijay Diwas – Free Health & Eye Check-up Camp

Activity Report

"Real tribute to our brave soldiers is to serve the nation by serving its people."

On the proud occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, Lions Club of Kolkata Royal, in association with Charnock Hospitals, successfully organized a Free Health & Eye Check-up Camp at Opposite Tegharia Loknath Mandir.

The camp received an overwhelming response, with more than 200 beneficiaries availing free medical and eye check-up services, including General Health Check-up, Eye Check-up, Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, ECG, and BMI Check-up.

This service activity became a grand success because of the enthusiastic participation and wholehearted support of our Lions Members and their family members, who actively volunteered throughout the camp and ensured its smooth ex*****on.

We sincerely express our gratitude to Charnock Hospitals, all the dedicated doctors, medical staff, volunteers, and every Lion member whose selfless service made this initiative meaningful and impactful.

Together, we not only paid tribute to the courage and sacrifice of our Kargil Heroes but also contributed towards building a healthier community through service.

Old Age Home Food Distribution Drive

With immense pride and gratitude, Lions Club of Kolkata Royal, in association with Me & My Friends, successfully organized an Old Age Home Food Distribution Drive at Shree Krishna Pranami Seva Samiti – Sadguru Kripa Apna Ghar, Kankurgachi, Kolkata.

The initiative was dedicated to bringing happiness, dignity, and companionship to the elderly residents. Our members served freshly prepared meals with love and spent meaningful time interacting with the residents, making them feel valued, respected, and cared for.

This meaningful service activity was made possible through the generous support and active participation of Lion Sonu Jain, Lion Kishan Ji Agarwal, Lion Roshan Drolia, and Lion Abhishek Saraogi, whose dedication and commitment towards community service played a significant role in making the event a grand success.

The heartfelt smiles, warm conversations, and blessings received from the senior citizens made this service activity truly memorable and inspiring. It was a beautiful reminder that even a small act of kindness can make a lasting impact.

🌟🦁 Lions Club of Kolkata Royal’s Proud Participation in the Historic Mega Diabetes Awareness & Blood Pressure Check-up Drive 🩺💙

Lions Club of Kolkata Royal takes immense pride in being an active part of the Mega Diabetes Awareness and Blood Pressure Check-up Drive organized by Lions International District 322B2 on 12th November 2025 across 20 Metro Stations of Kolkata Metro. 🚇✨

The noble initiative, held in association with Charnock Hospitals as the Health Partner, was aimed at spreading awareness about diabetes and encouraging early detection through free health testing and counseling for the public.

We express our heartfelt gratitude to Lion Shweta Sharma, Director of Charnock Hospitals and our esteemed club member, for her unwavering support, generous contribution, and active involvement in making this project a grand success. 🙏💐

Our sincere thanks to District Governor Lion Swati Goswami for her guidance, leadership, and trust in the efforts of Lions Club of Kolkata Royal. 🌼
