Many people ask why we repeatedly bring up the names of Swami Vivekananda and Bagha Jatin in this context. The answer is simple: Subhas Chandra Bose's story is incomplete without Vivekananda and Bagha Jatin.

These two great personalities ignited the spark of Indian nationalism in the heart of a young “Subi” and helped transform him into Subhas Chandra Bose. Without their influence and inspiration, perhaps even this Subhas would have been lost somewhere among the countless names in the pages of history.

যে বা যারা বলেন সুভাষচন্দ্র বসূ ছিলেন একমাত্র বড় মানের নেতা, তাহলে আপনারা ভুল। বাংলা তথা ভারতের বড় মাপের প্রথম নেতা বা যাঁর হাত ধরে আধুনিক জাতীয়তাবাদ তৈরী হয়েছিল তিনি হলেন স্বামী বিবিদিশানন্দ বা যুগনায়ক বীর সেনাপতি "স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ"

Today, on the 15th of August, We extend our heartfelt wishes to everyone on the occasion of 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆.

79 (Seventy-nine) years ago, countless great revolutionaries and patriots, who were born on the sacred soil of India, fought relentlessly and sacrificed their lives to wrest our nation's complete independence from British colonial rule. We offer our deepest respect and salutations to all of them.

On this Independence Day, We would like to make a humble request to the ruling establishment, particularly the Central and State Governments. Our request is that anyone who insults those who sacrificed their lives for the freedom and sovereignty of our country should be given the 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, regardless of whether the individual belongs to the ruling party, the opposition, or holds any position of prominence.

Over the past few months, here in West Bengal—the birthplace of 𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗺𝗶 𝗩𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮 and 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗷𝗶 𝗦𝗵𝘂𝗯𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗮 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝗲—some members of the ruling party and even certain Members of the Rajya Sabha have, on various occasions, allegedly made derogatory remarks about Swami Vivekananda and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on social media (Facebook, Instagram, X).

We sincerely request that appropriate and exemplary legal action be taken against anyone responsible for such remarks, so that in the future, no one would dare to make derogatory statements about not only Swamiji and Netaji but 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀, such as 𝗕𝗶-𝗕𝗮-𝗗𝗶, 𝗕𝗮𝗴𝗵𝗮 𝗝𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻, 𝗞𝗵𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗕𝗼𝘀𝗲, 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗶, 𝗝𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘀, 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘆𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗻, 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗸𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝘂 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗿, and others.

We earnestly request our political leaders not to diminish or disrespect the legacy of any great personality merely for the sake of protecting their respective vote banks. 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

নেতাজী সুভাষচন্দ্র বসু যে আপনাদের শুধু ভোটব্যাঙ্ক বাড়ায়, এটা আপনাদের দলীয় সদস্য বারবার করে বুঝিয়ে দিয়েছে। এখন শাসনে এসে গেছে তাই ভুলভাল বলতে শুরু করে দিয়েছে, আর তাদেরই দলীয় কুকুর সেটা মান্যতা দিয়ে নেতাজী সুভাষচন্দ্র বসুর ছবি বিকৃত করে Social Media-তে গর্বের সাথে post করছে। আরে মূর্খ্য নেতাজী সুভাষচন্দ্র বসু আমাদের দেশের দেশনায়ক বা জাতীয় নেতা আর স্বামী বিবেকানন্দ হলেন আমাদের দেশের যুগনায়ক বা আধুনিক জাতীয়তাবাদের প্রবর্তক।
১৯৩৯-থেকে নেতাজীর নাম ইতিহাস থেকে বের করে দেবে বলে, অনেক চেষ্টা চলেছিল। কিন্তু পারেনি তার কারণ এই দেশ এবং এই দেশের কিছু মানুষ নামটাকে আর তাঁর আদর্শকে বারবার মনে বাঁচিয়ে রেখেছে বলে। তোদের জন্য নহে।

আমরা প্রতিবাদ করার সাথে সাথে আমাদের পেজকে দলীয় কুকুররা Report মারে; যদিও ওই report-এ কোনো কাজ দেয়নি সাময়িক ban করে এর বেশী কিছু নয়। আশা করা যায় এমন post চললে খুব শীঘ্রই আমাদের এই page-টি চিরতরে বন্ধ হয়ে যাবে!
দল যেই দেখছে সাধারণ মানুষের এই সকল প্রতিবাদ শুধুমাত্র Social Media-তে আবদ্ধ নেই, আস্তে আস্তে রাস্তাতে নামছে এবং ধীরে বড় আকার ধারণ করছে; তখনই এসেছে Damage Control করতে। কারণ সামনের ২০২৯ সালে ভোট, আর ভোটব্যাঙ্কে আঘাত পড়ছে। তাই Damage Control Processing চালু হচ্ছে।
অনেকেই বলেন যে, যদি নেতাজী আসেন, তাহলে কেন তিনি অন্তরালে থেকে গেলেন? এবার উত্তরটা পেলেন তো? এসব দলীয় কুকুরদের জন্য....
