By the very meaning of ‘Social Welfare Organisation to Revitalize the Deprived (SWORD)’, we are an organization working for the welfare of the society in terms of revitalizing the deprived by focusing on their major and basic problems. We are a voluntary service organization, named SOCIAL WELFARE ORGANIZATION TO REVITALIZE THE DEPRIVED (SWORD), formed after having moved by witnessing many miserabl
e incidents and pathetic pictures of the society, such as Children joining labor market and losing their childhood; Lives filled with hunger and distress; Children resorting to begging in-order to win bread for their family and inability of their parents to prevent them from doing so, owing to various vulnerabilities; Lives of many who await someone to bring a change -- etc. Since March 12, 2008, we have been working to empower the deprived sections of the society through Real Education as we believe that "Education is the only means to empowerment". We are registered with Govt. of Andhra Pradesh under societies Registration Act on 08.07.2010 (Regd.No.:97/2010)
