Signature Foundation-Ek Badalti Soch Currently, the foundation is focusing on education, rural transformation and adopting green energy as a mainstream source of energy.

Signature Foundation- Ek Badalti Soch, since its inception in 2013, has been working in the field of education, health and hygiene, women empowerment and sustainability. The foundation is coming up with its first skill based school, Kamal Vidyalaya, in Karjat. Apart from education, the school would focus on sports, imparting life skills, developing extra curricular activities to identify each chil

d’s potential and areas of strength. As an extension of Kamal Vidyalaya we are also creating a vocational institute- Savitri Skill Shala to generate employment opportunities for the people of the nearby villages. Most importantly we recognize the importance of healthy living and proper reach of medical facilities. Through Vatsalya, we are conducting regular health checkups and dental workshops to cater to every child's well being while at the same time ensuring that the villagers get consultations as and when needed. We believe in doing our bit and would want as many people to join us in our initiative of giving back to the community and our nature.

✨ A Celebration of Learning, Skills & Inspiration! ✨

The valedictory ceremony of our 2-month Office Assistant Course, conducted by Lesley Middleton and Namrata Sharma, along with the 15-day Beautician Course conducted by Savita Gandhi, was made truly special by the presence of Prabha Sharma, Rajendra Sharma, Aparajita Gugale, and Rajesh Gugale.

They distributed certificates and professional beauty kits to the participants and inspired our girls and women by sharing their own journeys of perseverance, hard work, and success.

An Inspiring Session at Kamal Vidyalaya ✨

As part of our Office Assistant Course, we regularly invite inspiring individuals to interact with our students and share their life journeys, experiences, and lessons. We had the privilege of listening to the truly remarkable journey of Sachin and Mayuri Joshi, a visually impaired couple whose story touched every heart present.

Their journey was not just about challenges, but about resilience, courage, and rising stronger after every setback. Through all the ups and downs of life, they showed us how every obstacle became a lesson and every struggle became an opportunity to grow.

What deeply inspired each one of us was their beautiful and simple thought, they thank God for being visually challenged because it became the reason they discovered their strengths and achieved so much in life.

Sachin wears many hats a sportsperson, therapist, and an individual with an incredible spirit. Mayuri is a banker, a sportsperson, a wonderful cook, and continues to dream big as she works towards completing her Para Olympic championship journey, something she had come very close to achieving in her teenage years.

Their story reminded us that limitations exist only in the mind, and with determination, positivity, and faith, anything is possible.

At Kamal Vidyalaya, we had the privilege of hosting a beautiful Sorhrai Art Workshop conducted by renowned artisan Shri Manikchand Ji Mahto from Jharkhand. The session was a wonderful opportunity for our students and community to experience and learn about this rich tribal art tradition.

We were honoured to felicitate Manikchand Ji for his contribution and dedication to preserving this beautiful heritage.

A heartfelt thank you to EkiBeki Foundation's Vishpala Naik Hundekari, Bhavika Gandhi and Neha Savla for making this enriching experience possible in bringing this traditional art closer to young minds.

• A temple visit to understand spiritual and community traditions
• Exploring the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, reflecting leadership and resilience
• Participating in a traditional pre-wedding celebration filled with rituals, music, and togetherness

We are honoured to host aspiring educators from Netherlands for a 10-day immersive engagement at Kamal Vidyalaya.

This visit is designed as a structured academic exchange, offering future teachers exposure to rural Indian schooling systems, community-based education models, and holistic child development practices.

During their stay, they are:
• Observing and participating in classroom instruction
• Assisting in activity-based learning sessions
• Engaging students through sports and physical education
• Conducting collaborative art & craft workshops
• Understanding inclusive and grassroots education practices
