🌸 Umed Hospital में “उपचार संग शिक्षा” से बच्चों और उनके अभिभावकों के चेहरों पर आई मुस्कान सच में दिल को छू लेने वाली है।

यह पहल न केवल बच्चों की पढ़ाई को जारी रख रही है, बल्कि उनके उपचार के दौरान उन्हें सकारात्मकता और आत्मविश्वास भी प्रदान कर रही है।

👉 आइए, हम सब मिलकर इस प्रयास को और आगे बढ़ाएं, ताकि हर अस्पताल में बच्चों के लिए ऐसा ही वातावरण बनाया जा सके। 🌿

🌸 उम्मेद अस्पताल में अनूठी पहल का शुभारंभ 🌸

आज Caregivers Asha Society द्वारा Umed Hospital के सहयोग से “उपचार संग शिक्षा” (Learning While Healing) पहल का सफलतापूर्वक शुभारंभ किया गया। यह राजस्थान में अपने प्रकार की पहली पहल है, जहाँ बच्चों के उपचार के साथ उनकी पढ़ाई को भी जारी रखने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

इस कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ Prof. B. S. Jodha, प्राचार्य एवं नियंत्रक, डॉ. एस. एन. मेडिकल कॉलेज, जोधपुर के करकमलों से हुआ, जबकि Prof. Mohan Makwana, चिकित्सा अधीक्षक, उम्मेद अस्पताल सहित अनेक गणमान्य व्यक्तियों की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही।

इस पहल के अंतर्गत श्रीमती पूजा व्यास द्वारा प्रतिदिन लगभग 2 घंटे बच्चों को उनकी कक्षा और स्वास्थ्य स्थिति के अनुसार सरल, गतिविधि-आधारित शिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा।

यह प्रयास न केवल बच्चों की पढ़ाई को जारी रखने में मदद करेगा, बल्कि उनके डर और तनाव को कम कर उन्हें एक सकारात्मक और उत्साहपूर्ण वातावरण भी प्रदान करेगा।

इस अवसर पर Dr. Arvind Mathur ने कहा—
“बीमारी बच्चों की सीखने की यात्रा को नहीं रोक सकती—‘उपचार संग शिक्षा’ उसी संकल्प का एक कदम है।”

👉 आइए, हम सब मिलकर इस पहल को आगे बढ़ाएं और बच्चों के लिए अस्पताल के अनुभव को अधिक सकारात्मक बनाएं।

International Stakeholder Consultation on Caregiving and Long-Term Care Law in India

Caregivers Asha Society, Jodhpur, in collaboration with National Law University, Jodhpur, is pleased to announce a two-day International Stakeholder Consultation on:

“Caregiving and Long-Term Care Law in India: Towards a Legal Framework for Care”

📅 9–10 September 2026
📍 National Law University, Jodhpur

This consultation will bring together distinguished legal experts, jurists, policy thinkers, international scholars, and national leaders from health and social sectors to engage in a structured dialogue on the evolving legal and policy landscape of caregiving and long-term care in India.

With strong participation from the legal fraternity, the consultation aims to critically examine existing legislative gaps, rights-based approaches to caregiver recognition, and the need for a coherent legal architecture for long-term care.

🔹 Thematic Areas Include:
• Legal frameworks and gaps in caregiver recognition
• Health systems and caregiving realities in India
• Economic and social dimensions of caregiving
• Policy reform, technology, and the future of care governance

As India undergoes a rapid demographic and epidemiological transition, the need for a robust legal framework for caregiving and long-term care has become increasingly urgent.

We look forward to the active engagement of legal experts and stakeholders in shaping a forward-looking framework for care in India.

We were deeply honoured to host Padma Shri Dr H. R. Nagendra Ji at the ACMERI–ASHA Care Skill Institute on the 20th of March.

इस अवसर पर उनके साथ Dr. Amit Ji, Mrs. Priyanka Ji Jhabak Loonkar, Sri Aakash Ji Singhvi और Dr. K. N. Bhandari Ji की गरिमामयी उपस्थिति रही।

During the interaction, we conveyed the vision and ongoing initiatives of the Caregivers Asha Society, particularly our efforts towards:
• empowering family caregivers
• developing structured caregiver training programs
• strengthening community-based elder care
