Caregivers Asha Society, Jodhpur, in collaboration with National Law University, Jodhpur, is pleased to announce a two-day International Stakeholder Consultation on:
“Caregiving and Long-Term Care Law in India: Towards a Legal Framework for Care”

This consultation will bring together distinguished legal experts, jurists, policy thinkers, international scholars, and national leaders from health and social sectors to engage in a structured dialogue on the evolving legal and policy landscape of caregiving and long-term care in India.
With strong participation from the legal fraternity, the consultation aims to critically examine existing legislative gaps, rights-based approaches to caregiver recognition, and the need for a coherent legal architecture for long-term care.
