As the name itself suggests the purpose of SHIELD at Jamshedpur would try to acquire cent percentage of literacy by touching upon growing slums fighting against Unemployment as well and later acting a model role for other NPO’s and it’s branches-The goals of this endeavour/project is To Reduce Unemployment and Enhance Educational Gain and Awareness for Growth for Underprivileged

Franchisee to set up Employment Measures
Community Schools for School Drop-outs under 14 years
Matriculation as a bare minimum to be facilitated under 18 years &approx(Informal Methods and a Black Board Operation)
Right to Food and Right to Education would be caused by ‘Each One Teach One’ Tool
Forming SHG’s while empowering for Healthier existing relating Hygiene Practices, Resource Management, Saving Awareness, Micro-finance, Insurance etc
Mobilizers formed for approx three slums in close existence regulate these SHG’s
