friendz4filmz (A Film Study Circle) based in Siliguri and Sneha (Society for Nature Education Health and Awareness) based in Jalpaiguri as well as North Bengal are the prime Organisers of the festival. Roopkala Kendro, Kolkata and Department of Information and Culture, West Bengal have expressed their willingness to extend full-fledged support for the festival.
