You will have to pay
Toastmasters International one time fee-Rs. 1500 (you do not have to pay it again even after being shifted to any other country in this world)
Monthly charges- Rs. 650
Please note that we accept the fee on semester basis (from April 1 to September 30 and October 1 to march 31). Feel free to come even in mid of semester as you will have to pay the monthly fee from that month till end of semester.
