🌸 Caring for Mothers, Nurturing the
Future on "The National Safe Motherhood Day" 🌸

The Rotary Club of Indore Professionals is proud to organize a Free Health Checkup Camp for Pregnant Women, along with the distribution of nutritious foods & dry fruits to support maternal health and well-being on
“The National Safe Motherhood Day” 11th April, 2026. 🤱💛

📅 Date: Saturday, 11th April📍
Venue: Barfani Dham Anganwadi Centre

This initiative aims to ensure that expecting mothers receive proper health guidance, regular checkups, and essential nutrition for a safe and healthy pregnancy.

✨ Highlights of the Camp:

1. Free health checkups by medical professionals.
2. ⁠Distribution of nutritious food & dry fruit.
3. ⁠Awareness on maternal and child health.
4. Guidance for a healthy pregnancy journey
5. ⁠Around 20 Pregnant Women from economically weaker sections got benefitted with this Camp.

We honoured Anganwadi Incharge, Support Staff & Asha Workers to support and care for our mothers-to-be, because a healthy mother builds a healthy nation.

We extend our sincere Thanks to Rtn. Dr. Rudri Agarwal for devoting her valuable time in Health Checkup & giving maternity care tips , to PP Rtn. Bhuvnesh Gupta & “Director Maternal Care”- Rtn Radha Gupta for sponsoring the Food & Dry Fruits & to Rtn. Meena Taparia, “Director- Women in Rotary” for giving healthy lifestyle & mental well being tips to pregnant women.

Today(22-3-26) RCIP Families watched Dhurandar-2 Movie Show at PVR Inox, C-21 Mall.
50+ Members attended the show with great fellowship, fun, laughter & regular flow of delicious snacks & drinks.

We participated in Chaupal at Bhorasa for Central Cluster on Saturday, 14-3-26. It was wonderful experience going to village. Meeting people who are still connected with roots. Enjoyed Fag Utsav & Bhajans from Dwarka Mantri Ji. The program was very well organised with lots of fun & mix of Rotary Activities. Sharing few glimpses.

🇮🇳 Republic Day Celebration at Kadwali Bujurg High School 🇮🇳

We proudly celebrated Republic Day at Kadwali Bujurg High School, marking the occasion with the distribution of school bags along with English Language Kits to support students in their learning journey.

School Kids presented lots of Patriotic Songs & Dances to celebrate Republic Day

The event was graced by the presence of President Rotarian Bhanu Taparia, Past President Rtn. Akshat Gupta, PP Akhilesh Maheshwari, President Elect Rtn. Priyanki Maheshwari, and Rtn. Pranay Chourey.

A meaningful day filled with patriotism, smiles, and our continued commitment to education and community service. 🇮🇳

On Sunday, 18-1-2026 RCIP organised “Patang Utsav cm Sports Carnival”. Almost 110 members of RCIP Family attended this event. We had arranged “ Patang Utsav ke Rang Musical Chair ke Sang” Bollywood Dangal, Treasure Hunt, Cricket Match, Kite Flying, Rope Skipping, Badminton,Tug of War, Rumal Jhapatta & Dance on Dj for the member families. The program was super hit with huge attendance, fabulous arrangements, super delicious food. It was a day long event which started from Breakfast & Ended with High Tea.

Man me sabke umang & utsah tha. Dilo me Til & Gud ki mithas thi.

At the end, PDG Dafria thanked the organising team for such a wonderful & memorable event.

Today we conducted Free Eye Check Up Camp for Public Vehicles Drivers & General Public at Palasia Police Station in coordination with Rotary Club of Indore Meghdoot under the supervision of DG Rtn. Sushil Malhotra & First Lady Rtn. Ruby Malhotra.

Apart from DG, First Lady of District, Many Rotarians from RCIP, Meghdoot & District including Rtn. Bhanu Taparia , Rtn. Santosh Mundra, Rtn. Sunil Attri, Rtn. Atil Arora, PP Rtn. Akshat Gupta, PDG Rtn. Nitin Dafria, PP Rtn. Bhuvnesh Gupta, Rtn. Pooja Agarwal, District Public Image Rtn. Ghanshyam Singh, PP Rtn. Manish Sharma, Rtn. Alok Singhi, Rtn.Swati Agrawal, Rtn. Sangeeta Pathak, Rtn. Vinay Gupta, Rtn. Narendra Agrawal, Rtn. Bahadur S Chouhan and Top Police Officers ( DCP & ACP- Traffic Police) graced the occasion.

We assured Indore Traffic Police DCP& ACP that we will do many more such projects for Eye Testing & Improving Traffic of Indore with them.

Our next such camp will be at Gangwal Bus Stand for all the Bus Drivers.
Overall a very positive start by Rotary Club with Traffic Police.

On Sunday, 4th January, 2026, RCIP Organised Club’s Annual Election Meeting at Hotel Daawat. 41 Rotarians attended the event.
We conducted the election meeting in most cordial, graceful manner with full protocols & followed all norms of our Club.
President Rtn. Bhanu Taparia welcomed all & informed the house about six months activities where 30 events of Fun, Fellowship & Service were done by RCIP & assured the house to continue doing with same zeal for another six months. He requested all members to attend all events in maximum attendance possible.
President Elect Rtn. Priyanki Maheshwari declared her Board for the year 2026-27.
Election Officer Rtn. Sushama Nandi declared Rtn. Arun Chugh unanimously as President Nominee for 2027-28.
Current Team Greeted & Congratulated upcoming team & leadership for next two years.
Meeting started with sumptuous breakfast & ended with National Anthem, Group Photo & Cake Cutting to celebrate the occasion.

Pleased to inform all that today with the help of our Dr. Amit Nirwan & his dedicated 18 Doctors Team, RCIP has created another milestone of doing free Dental Health Check up of 900 Students of Government Senior Higher Secondary School, Mangliya.
PDG & Community Service Chair Rtn. Atul Gargav was Chief Guest for today’s event.
As Special Guest Representing Cabinet Minister Shri Tulsi Silawat Ji- Mandal President Mr. Ravi Vajpayee came along with Past Sarpanch Mr. Mahesh Mantri, Current Sarpanch Mr. Vijay Herve & Deputy Sarpanch Mr. Chetan Mehta. They attended the Inauguration Ceremony & appreciated RCIP for the work being done by our Club in there area’s School & assured all kind of support as & when needed by us.
Many of our members were there since morning 9.45 am till 3 pm & some members visited in between for some time to support the cause & boost morale.
In all it was wonderful service health project done by our Club.
We thank Dr. Amit Nirwana, All the Doctors who gave there services today, School Administration & all our members who came & devoted there time for today’s project.

On December 9th, 2025, our club donated 3 dialysis machines, 15 beds, and 2 ACs to Indore cloth Market Hospital.
*RID Rtn K P Nagesh was present to witness this noble initiative.*

9th December,2025 will be a historic day for RCIP. A moment of immense pride for our Club. The Dialysis Centre inaugurated at Shri Indore Cloth Market Hospital with Global Grant is not just a project. It’s a lifeline for hundreds of kidney patients suffering with kidney disease & not able to afford cost of dialysis. We aim to bring relief, dignity & hope to those who need it most. I would like to thank & appreciate the efforts of Project Team & specially to IPP Rtn. Sushama Nandi for making this happen. This project truly reflects Rotary’s motto of “Service above Self”.
I would like to thank Management of Shri Cloth Market Hospital for partnering with us & thanks to all Rotarians who were supporter of this project directly or indirectly. 🙏
