The Hope Home

The Hope Home After the adoption of our Ruby we knew God was calling us for more.In July 15' we began our journey building The Hope Home!A safe haven for girls in India.

2 Years ago, my husband Josh Weathers and I pursued an adoption of a little baby girl in India. She had been abandoned at the police station like so many other little girls in India. She was one of the lucky ones to end up in the hands of great caretakers so she could eventually go on to be adopted. Many young girls in India do not have this fate even though they are orphans. Instead, many are on

the streets and in danger of abuse. After an 18mo. adoption journey we got our Indian princess Ruby home and our world was forever changed for all the right reasons! Just 6mo after having her home Josh & I knew we were called for more. Unfornately considering there are over 11 million abandoned children in India and over 90% of them are girls we can't adopt them all, but we could make a difference for many! So July of 2015 The Hope Home was birthed. It is our mission to house and protect as many orphan girls as possible starting with 10. We have purchased 3 acres just 90min outside of Hyderabad, India in a tribal village where water is even scarce. On the land, we also plan to build a school so we can educate 400-500 children per year! Education brings change and that is the only way we can begin to turn this country around. This is a land where they serve many God's, but we are so honored to share the good news with them letting them know their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ because without Him this project would be nothing! We will bring change to the country of India one girl at a time!
