Like humans, water is a basic necessity for all the animals and suffer from various health challenges like dehydration, skin infections, fever and viral infections because of the unavailability of drinking water. Many even lose their lives because of this issue. If we are able to provide these animals with healthier su

rroundings, they will be less prone to diseases, which, in turn, will provide us a healthier environment to live in. This thought led to the initiation of the Animals Water Bowl Project (AWBP) Trust. VISION

The vision of AWBP Trust is to create a platform where every street animal gets safe drinking water round the clock throughout the year. STARTED

The project started 14th April’17 in Hyderabad and officially legalized on 18th Feb’20 as Animals Water Bowl Project Trust. Today our footprints are presented across multiple locations in Telangana (Hyderabad/ Secunderabad/ Medchal/ Ranga Reddy) and Maharashtra (Pune / Thane), Andhrapradesh (Visakhapatnam). ACTIVITIES

Below is the list of activities currently we are focused –

Conduct water bowl painting events regularly. Distribute water bowls for free of cost to animal lovers who like to provide safe drinking water to stray animals in their local area. Expand the model to various locations in INDIA. Organizing awareness programs at various places like public parks, schools, colleges, corporate etc.,
Publish articles and stories on our website and social media channels to educate/sensitize the people. Conduct regular meetup sessions with the volunteers to bring the new activities onboard. Conduct social competitions/ contests for all age groups. SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

The change we wish to see in the world must begin with us. By feeding even a few animals around our homes, providing clean water, and showing kindness every day, we can help create safer, healthier, and more compassionate communities for all living beings.

The problem was never pigeons… or any other animals.
The real problem is the environment humans have created through careless actions.

Animals are only trying to survive in the spaces we have changed, polluted, and disturbed. Yet instead of taking responsibility, we often choose to blame the innocent lives silently adjusting to our world.

If a place becomes dirty, the solution is not hatred towards animals —
the solution is awareness, cleanliness, and responsibility from humans.

Keep your surroundings clean, maintain balance, and learn to coexist with compassion.

Before judging animals, pause for a moment and reflect.
