Three staff members from Manasaโ€”Smt. B. B. Koteshwari, Smt. K. Sandhya Rani, and Smt. D. Soundaryaโ€”participated in a three-day residential, hands-on training programme from 29โ€“31 July 2026 on โ€œFlower Upcycling, Paper Upcycling, Wax Products, Rakhi Making and Packaging,โ€ organised by Craftizen and Petalists.

The training focused on creating organic Holi and rangoli colours, incense (dhoop) sticks, rakhis, decorative candles, and other eco-friendly products. ๐ŸŒŸ Periodic Review & Counselling Session with the CognitiveBotics Team ๐ŸŒŸ

At Manasa, we believe that consistent guidance, collaboration, and individualized support play a vital role in every childโ€™s growth and development. Today, the therapists and special educators at Manasa, with the support of the CognitiveBotics team, individually reviewed the learning progress of children enrolled on the CognitiveBotics platform.

The session focused on reviewing each studentโ€™s progress, discussing individualized intervention strategies, and providing meaningful counselling and guidance to support their developmental journey. These regular interactions strengthen our shared commitment to holistic, child-centred care and education. ๐ŸŒฑ

The CognitiveBotics teamโ€”Gnapika Manchikalapadu, Psychologist; Grithika V Asrani, Product Success Associate; Ganesh Bommakanti, Video Editor; and Janaki Pyla, Senior Software Engineerโ€”was present at Manasa today. Together, we continue to strive towards creating pathways for growth, inclusion, and brighter futures. ๐Ÿคโœจ

๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒ Learning by Doing! ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒฟ

Today, Manasa Vocational students harvested a bunch of bananas grown with their own hard work and care. After cutting the bunch from the tree, they grouped and sold the raw (curry) bananas, gaining valuable hands-on experience in harvesting, sorting, teamwork, and a little bit of marketing.

Gardening is where learning meets real-life experience! ๐ŸŒฑ
