Bharat,an abode to 1.4 billion people of different ethnicities, religions ,customs and social structures,an abode to different bodies and different minds has witnessed 75 years of prosperity,growth and development while fighting with the hardships of poverty,disparity and discrimination.
On this very land there once walked patriots who could give and take lives for one another,comrades who could blend their different voices into the unified chants of ‘Vande Mataram’. What we require today is this unified strength of people to put each other first,the Nation First,Always First!
is not only about the basic freedoms which every Indian citizen is entitled to,but freedom from the shackles of corruption,illiteracy,failing healthcare,unemployment and population control.
Let us celebrate today, the true meaning of freedom in all its capacities,stand by each other hand in hand,in harmony,as a brother to his sister,as a soldier to his country and a proud citizen to this nation!
