Center for Wellbeing- Ashoka University Center for Wellness is Ashoka University's Counseling and Therapy center.

The Center for Individual and Group Experiences (CIGE) is an endeavor towards a more holistic understanding of our lives, which includes mind, body and relationships to others. It believes that our emotions, in or outside of conscious awareness, are at the base of much of our behaviors and choices. As much as emotional issues need to be engaged with on a one to one basis, like counseling and psych

otherapy, CIGE is of the view that there are also spaces outside of this by which we may seek understanding and help.
