I AM Citizen

Citizen is entitled to initiate any such proceeding against public servant who is serving to infect the ownership, authority and legal representation of citizen in any Law.

Citizen is entitled to draw a line of control before any public servant to protect the ownership, authority, legal representation of citizen in any Law.

Citizen is entitled to bring the notice of Juridical Authority in writing or publishing about the willful violation of Law & Regulations by Public Servant to abuse the constitution and intention to exploit the Citizens.

Citizen can also prohibit those public servants who are qualified under the Criminal any how for preventing the abuse of constitution and nation because constitution declared that a Criminal activity involvement is not entitled because of losing the loyalty towards Citizens and Nation.

Protection of rights of Citizen is protection of Nation and all the Security Forces has been formed for this purpose only.

Citizen are entitled to put a question mark upon the eligibility of any public servant which is functioning against the rights of Citizens to serve the Citizens or Nation and such public servant must adhere the foundation of public servant as per original constitution applicable upon them to serve the Citizens.

The Citizen can question to any public servant on behalf of the functions of service for citizens because of provisions of public declaration and writing the Oath during acceptance of the commitment to serve citizen as per original constitution. This oath put 100% liability upon every public servant to serve for Citizen.

A common man can be transformed in to a Citizen as per Constitution not for the securing the position of public servant. The Liabilities of a Citizen is also applicable upon each of a Common Man who really want to enjoy the life, development and family of a Citizen.

And those person who want to only enjoy the benefits of Citizenship without fulfillment of Liabilities of a Citizen are not qualified under the provision of Reservation for Development of Constitution.

The Reservation Clause clearly says to Common man that develop yourself, be citizen, be owner enjoy your life.

Only the Citizens follows, accepts, adopts, executes the principals of Constitution neither the Common Man and not public servant.

There are unlimited way to be a citizen by any Common Man but for achievement of this goal the Reservation Clause is misused by them only to secure their position without any liability which made the great difference between common man and citizens and overburden at the Citizens.

It is only a Citizen who become Inventor or Creator of any idea or thoughts to boost the development of Citizen and himself. Because the Citizen has power of think, face challenges, found solutions, treatment of problem, and built of functions for any of problem of Citizens due to imposed restrictions by public servant.

This is the reason that all the Citizens become scientist, scholar and others reputed titles because of their efforts not the public servants.

The Citizens are never being familiar by the terms of words used in the rules and regulations made for Citizens by public servants. Neither they were assisted by any public servant to make the Citizens aware about the correct and true meaning of those rules and regulations. It is only the moment of first time the actual and correct meaning was explained by any public servant before Juridical Authority in the defense of public servant. And this is called by public servant ignorance of Citizens while it is completely a breach of contract of service for Citizens by public servant.

The eligibility evaluated on behalf of secured position not on behalf of Citizen obligations is never allowed by the constitution.

It is really surprising and very hard to accept by any public servant that only Citizen sacrifice their life for Nation not the public servant.

All the Freedom fighters sacrificed their lifes, development, family for the transforming a common man to Citizen.

When any Citizen get enrolled for serving for Citizen it had a fresh blood, thoughts, ideas, benefits and a change in his mind. But after being enrolled it become an Employee for Governing Company. Its all rights of Citizenship are being controlled by the Governing Company for the benefits of Governing Company and exploitation of Citizen. It means the Governing Company exploits the Citizen by Citizen !

And it become a Common Man because it has to face lots of toucher physically and mentally to realize that he is not a Citizen just a Common Man to survive for his life, development and family.

And one Citizen who deny to adopt exploitation of another Citizen always faces run and stay in whole life instead of serving to Citizens.

The constitution always award the Citizens never award a common man. The person does not fit in the line of a common man if he initiate any activity to prevent the exploitation of himself.

When an invention or idea or thought of a Citizen shows the huge results and it become the demand for Citizens it is required to put a Line of Control by the Citizen who introduce it for protection of Citizens to act like a common man act against this new invention.

Any invention of any Citizen has the power to change the development, life and family of whole citizen if it is useful in such nature. And when such brilliant minds got exploited they started to put their name under those to prevent their exploitation. Does not it was an idea of a Citizen instead of a public servant ? And when they were attempted to be exploited by public servants the Law came and embraced these public servant against the Citizens.

The public servant also aware that the Law & Justice always plays an important role and fulfill its duties for prevention of exploitation of Citizens by public servant. That is the reason why the public servant always try to create a bad picture of Law & Justice before Citizens via some mere-less and bogus representations to affect the faith, believe, trust and dignity of Law & Justice in the eyes of Citizens to create an impression like Justice ends before Government Employee always but the truth is completely opposite .

So they introduced the time bar upon Citizens but the Law & Justices also applied this limitation upon public servants thus they again got embraced. On the other hand the Law & Justice supported the Citizens to protect their rights and awarded some more valuable rights to protect them from being exploited by public servants and not act like a common man.

The Law & Justice always believe that the Citizens are owner of Nation and maintain their rights of being independent as per Constitution. The Constitution also serves the right of independence to Law & Justice just like the Citizen. And thus the value of Citizen also come in the picture in the matter of appointment under Law & Justice as per constitution.

It means the person who is complying the duties under Law & Justice is an independent Citizen not a public servant. Does not is a marvelous provision by Constitution for Citizens that the whole decision power is under the owner of Nation not in the hand of public servant.

Then why a Citizen should not use this endless and unbeatable power against any such public servant who is engage to vanish the ownership of Nation ? And how does a Citizen is not allowed to use such power against any of the public servant under in Law.

If any Citizen does understand these values then it is really Unstoppable against any of the public servant under any Law. But being a powerful unstoppable does not allow a Citizen also to exploit the public servant because Law & Justice exists ! It is also a duty of a Citizen to maintain and preserve the balance for development.

A Citizen always want a satisfy justification of acts of a public servant. And whenever a public servant failed to satisfy a Citizen or willful misguide to Citizen for securing the position of public servant or create any such impression it leads to dispute at later stage.

At that moment public servant to try to correct by their limitation and mostly do it but they should not forget that if there is any failure at their part of service for Citizens they can not be claimed that it is due to the negligence or ignorance of Citizen and they are not responsible at all.

A Citizen usually gave all the possible opportunity to any public servant to serve for Citizen under the functions of service of public servant via different manners but if the public servant adopted the attitude like a deaf and dumb and eyeless and ignorant behavior of effort of Citizen then public servant should know that they are for service for citizens only. So it is the decision and choice of public servants weather they want to get embarrassed before Citizens and Nation as whole or not.

As Citizen builds the territory so only Citizens can build Smart Cities not a public servant. Whenever a public servant exploits a Common Man that time Common Man should start to be a Citizen just like Hon`ble Mahatama Gandhi and others. A Citizen who knows its rights and power is called a Civilian and create a whole Civilization for development which does produce the results of A new vision...:)

And when a Civilized Citizen draw a Line of Control before any Public Servant it means the public servant are bound to perform their functions of service for Citizens under the boundary of that Line of Control only not beyond that.

The Civilian Citizens are now aware that promotion of a public servant and ignorance of service for citizens could make help for them to secure their position. Public servants are used to enjoy the reputation under the shelter of service to common man for their promotion and advertisement only but the truth is completely opposite.

A Civilian Citizen is the King Maker and Game Changer and there is no Law exists in whole world which could prevent a Citizen from the explicit denial of irregularity of a public servant under the service for Citizens. And if a Citizen knows that he is a King Maker and Game Changer for any of the public servant then all practice of any public servant against him is trash.

When any public servant goes fall down from the eyes of Civilian or Citizens it means it has been lost the trust and interest of service for citizens. The silence and no response from any public servant is never expected and never allowed by the Constitution against protection of rights of Citizen. If any public servant adopt such practice it means it is accepting its default under the breach of service for Citizens and liable for punishment in terms of Law & Justice.

And if any public service will not perform its function of service for Citizen then Citizen will have to do it by themselves because they are owner of Nation as whole. It is really true that the higher level of appointment of any public servant apply most responsible functions of service for Citizens and if such public servant ignore their functions then Citizens should perform those functions by their own end.

Whenever any public servant planned, organized, created, executed and implemented any conspiracy against any Citizen to get rid of from the charges of non performance of functions of service for citizens the said public servant got punished by Law & Justice at all extent.

Now it is up to all Citizens weather they want to live in an Democratic Nation or a Reserved Country for Government Employees. Moreover the Original Constitution does not say that anyone can act or use or empowered beyond the original constitution any how for securing its position only. Once again it is the duty of Law & Justice to resolve the disputes betweens citizens to citizens and public servants as per original constitution empowered them instead of ignoring and denying . Because there is no provision for take the benefits of Reservation clause in favor of any of Government Employee in original Constitution and by Law.
