Yesterday, the evaluation team visited our Guwahati Production Cluster, where all society members were present. During the visit, the team interacted with the members and asked several questions regarding the advantages and disadvantages of the cluster. Members shared their experiences and discussed how the cluster has helped improve their livelihoods, product development, market linkage, skill enhancement, and teamwork among artisans and producers.
The evaluation team also appreciated several positive aspects of the cluster, including active participation of members, quality production, cooperation among societies, and the promotion of local handloom, handicraft, and NTFP products. The visit encouraged the members and provided valuable suggestions for the future development and strengthening of the cluster.
যোৱাকালি মূল্যায়ন দলটোৱে আমাৰ গুৱাহাটী প্ৰডাকচন ক্লাষ্টাৰ পৰিদৰ্শন কৰিছিল, য’ত সকলো সমাজৰ সদস্য উপস্থিত আছিল। পৰিদৰ্শনৰ সময়ত দলটোৱে সদস্যসকলৰ সৈতে মত বিনিময় কৰে আৰু ক্লাষ্টাৰৰ সুবিধা আৰু অসুবিধাসমূহৰ বিষয়ে বিভিন্ন প্ৰশ্ন কৰে। সদস্যসকলে নিজৰ অভিজ্ঞতা শ্বেয়াৰ কৰি কয় যে ক্লাষ্টাৰে জীৱিকাৰ উন্নতি, পণ্য উন্নয়ন, বজাৰৰ সংযোগ, দক্ষতা বৃদ্ধি আৰু শিল্পী তথা উৎপাদকসকলৰ মাজত সহযোগিতা বৃদ্ধি কৰাত সহায় কৰিছে।
মূল্যায়ন দলটোৱে ক্লাষ্টাৰৰ কেইবাটাও ইতিবাচক দিশৰো প্ৰশংসা কৰে, যেনে সদস্যসকলৰ সক্ৰিয় অংশগ্ৰহণ, গুণগত মানসম্পন্ন উৎপাদন, সমাজসমূহৰ মাজত সহযোগিতা, আৰু স্থানীয় হাততাঁত, হস্তশিল্প আৰু NTFP পণ্যৰ প্ৰচাৰ। এই পৰিদৰ্শনে সদস্যসকলক উৎসাহিত কৰাৰ লগতে ভৱিষ্যতে ক্লাষ্টাৰৰ অধিক উন্নয়ন আৰু শক্তিশালীকৰণৰ বাবে মূল্যৱান পৰামৰ্শ আগবঢ়ায়।
