Education creates awareness, awareness creates dignity, and compassion creates change. Together, let us build a Period Friendly World.

Ending period stigma begins with conversation, education, compassion, and equality. 🌸

Deeply grateful to Elisa 🥰 for designing our Menstrual Hygiene Booklet in 2018, which we are still proudly using in our awareness programs today. Its simple, informative, child-friendly, and wisdom-based approach continues to help young girls understand menstrual health with confidence, dignity, and awareness.

We are also truly happy and grateful that Elisa continues supporting our program. Today, she is a professional yoga instructor in Italy, spreading kindness, compassion, awareness, and inner well-being through yoga.

Menstrual hygiene is a human right, and it is our collective responsibility to educate and empower girls, women, and men about menstrual health. When we end stigma, we end discrimination — and move closer to dignity, equality, and a healthier society for all. 🌸

A new study published in The Lancet has found that nearly 1.2 billion people worldwide were living with mental disorders in 2023, a 95.5% increase since 1990.

The biggest rise was seen in anxiety and depression, which were also the most common mental health conditions globally. Anxiety cases increased by 158%, while depression cases rose by 131% compared to 1990 levels.

Researchers analysed data from 204 countries and found rising cases across all 12 mental disorders studied, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, autism and eating disorders.

The study also showed that women and young people aged 15 to 39 were the most affected.

For the first time in Global Burden of Diseases study history, teenagers aged 15 to 19 recorded the highest mental health burden, overtaking
middle-aged adults.

The world does not want you to think freely because a free mind cannot fit into fixed patterns. When we free ourselves from fear, labels, blind conditioning, and society’s limited thinking, we begin to understand each other with compassion instead of division. A truly free human being spreads peace, love, awareness, and humanity naturally.

Real freedom begins when the mind is no longer controlled by fear, judgment, or imposed beliefs.
