27 lakh log. Aur mera dil shukriya se bhara hua. 🙏❤️

2019 mein jab content banana shuru kiya tha, tab business aur zindagi ka tajurba toh tha… lekin camera ke saamne apni baat rakhna seekh raha tha.

Kabhi socha nahi tha ki ek din 27 lakh log is safar ka hissa ban jayenge.

Aapne sirf FOLLOW nahi kiya.
Aapne meri baat suni, apno tak pahunchayi aur mujhe apni zindagi mein jagah di.

Mere liye yeh bahut badi baat hai. ❤️

68 saal ki umar mein aapka pyaar mujhe har subah ek nayi energy deta hai. Mann kehta hai—abhi bahut kuch karna hai, bahut kuch baantna hai.

Haath jodkar, dil se… aap sabka shukriya. 🙏

Mera vaada hai: apni jeet ke saath apni galtiyan bhi share karta rahunga. Taaki jo seekhne mein mujhe saalon lage, woh aapke safar ko thoda aasaan bana sake.

Manzil sirf followers badhana nahi…

Day one → One day.

Looking at these photographs, I feel proud of the man in the first picture. He couldn’t see where this journey would lead. But he began.

I started creating content at the age of 61. People of my age pass their time at satsang or just sitting around and gossiping.

I decided to reinvent myself.
And that was day 1.
It was a disaster. People on YouTube and Instagram made fun of me.

Takle, budhhe kabr main paon latke hain…

And now it’s one day.

Selfies everywhere I go. People pay lacs to do one meeting with me, get one brand video from me, invite me to speak at the events.

Today, I’m grateful I gave myself a chance.

If you’ve been postponing something that matters to you, let these two photographs be a little encouragement.

You don’t need to know what seven years will bring to take the first step today.

HOW TO SCALE A BUSINESS: You Need More Than Strategy. You Need PASSION.

My body is tired. But my spirit is on fire.

How is that possible?

One word: PASSION.

The last 5 days have been intense.
4 cities. 4 hotels. Flights, long drives, less sleep, irregular food and back-to-back meetings.

But when you are passionate about what you are building, tiredness feels different.

Because I can see the impact we are creating in the lives of SME founders across India.

Friday: Bangalore: Lunch at Tandoor owned by EEC Bangalore member.
Attended the EEC Bangalore meeting.

Saturday: Mumbai: Attended EEC Mumbai and spent time with some amazing entrepreneurs.

Sunday: Pune: Launched EEC Pune with 10 founder members.

Monday: Pune: Visited 3 BTS members, worked with their teams on their scale-up journey and signed one SME IPO mandate.

Tuesday: Mumbai: Attended the SME IPO listing of Quanto Agro Limited at BSE.

Then met Tajurba RDs over lunch.

Post lunch, I visited one of our very talented BTS members an accomplished women’s wear designer and spent time energising her team with one clear mission:

3X the business in the next 12 months.

And now I am sitting in the AMEX Lounge at Mumbai Airport, waiting to catch my flight back to Delhi.

Body tired.

Mind buzzing.

Spirit high.

At 68, I am increasingly convinced that energy doesn’t only come from sleep, food or rest.

Energy also comes from PURPOSE.

My purpose is clear: help Indian SMEs scale from ₹10 crore to ₹100 crore and 1000 crore, build businesses that can run without the founder, and prepare deserving companies for SME IPOs.

And we are just getting started.
