With a heart full of gratitude and humility, I extend my deepest thanks to each and every one who has supported me throughout this journey.

Most importantly, my heartfelt and profound gratitude goes to our beloved leader, Hon’ble Sri Hagrama Mohilary, President of the Bodoland People’s Front (BPF). Sir, your unwavering guidance, vision, and leadership have been my greatest source of inspiration. Your faith in me has strengthened my resolve to serve the people with sincerity and dedication.

I also express my sincere thanks to Sri Maneswar Brahma, General Secretary (BPF), all PMB and CWC members, the Mushalpur District BPF, Dihira Block Committee, and every member of our BPF family for their trust and tireless efforts.

The All Kurukh Students Union (AKSU) expresses its deepest grief and sorrow on the untimely demise of the legendary singer Zubin Garg. His soulful voice and timeless contributions to music have touched the hearts of millions and enriched the cultural heritage of Assam and the entire nation.

In his passing, we have lost not only an iconic artist but also a unifying figure who inspired generations through his melodies, simplicity, and dedication to the art of music. His absence will be deeply felt, but his songs and legacy will continue to live in our hearts forever.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to his bereaved family, admirers, and the music fraternity. May his soul rest in eternal peace.

With deep sorrow and a heavy heart, we mourn the passing of Fr. Zaffernius Baxla, fondly known as Dr. Etowa Oraon—a true visionary, a torchbearer of education, and a tireless servant of the Adivasi cause. His demise is a profound loss to the Kurukh community, the people of Jharkhand, and the Adivasis across the nation.

Fr. Baxla’s legacy is deeply rooted in his mission to uplift the marginalized. He was the founder of Kurukh Cum English Medium School, Loordipa (), Gumla, a sanctuary of learning that has empowered generations of tribal children through quality education rooted in cultural pride. His contributions towards the formation of Jharkhand state reflect his political foresight and unwavering commitment to the identity and rights of the indigenous people.

His work extended beyond state boundaries. In Assam, he stood in solidarity with the Adivasi communities, working persistently for their welfare, education, and recognition, even in the most challenging times.

Fr. Zaffernius Baxla was not just a leader, but a father figure, a scholar, and a light in dark times. Though he has departed from this world, his spirit lives on in every student he inspired, in every voice he empowered, and in every corner of the Adivasi homeland he nurtured.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, students, and all those touched by his life.

Rest in power, Baba. Your journey continues in us.
