Edna's Foundation For those who knew our work as Tails And Curls were also aware of how important and life changing Edna's presence was for us.

Previously running by the name, Tails And Curls, we are a non-profit that rescues and rehabilitates sick, injured and abandoned animals, and feed almost 100 animals everyday. "Every promise I made to you is an oath I'll fulfill for you"

This is what I whispered in Edna's ears before I laid her to rest in Mother Earth's lap and then forward, everything I've done is in an attempt to do justice to t

he faith she had in me. Hence, it only makes sense that I rechristen Tails And Curls to a more suitable name, one that is an ode to the one who held my heart in one piece and gave me strength for rescue, both in her life and in her death. Moving forward from now, "Edna's Foundation" is the name using which our work will be known to the world. I hope that with this new name and identity, my old resolve to be an instrument for love, care and compassion for the animals receives continuous support from all of you and even more. Here's to a new ray of hope for all the animals under our care!

Raising ₹ 35,000 urgently to save Vanilla!

Vanilla, like his name is the most palatable cat one can have. Loving, soft, hissing cutely at dogs, staring at the ac if it’s not running and making faces when he wants something. I wish life was as palatable to him!

Vanilla has entropion in eyes which we were focusing on. The bladder issues were noticed later. He’s been in so much pain, straining every time he has to use the litter, getting his fur drenched in p*e because it drips out, not able to eat in pain. We are the only people where he had all the amenities and freedom he wanted but he couldn’t enjoy them.

Vanilla has a long way of healing ahead of him. We also expect to slowly solve his eyes as well. But for now, he has just emerged from a life and death situation and we need your help in treating him. We are raising ₹35,000 for his surgery, pre-op and post- op care.

We raised just ₹50,000 out of the ₹4,50,000 we need for our monthly debt. Out of this debt 70% is vet bills. How do we keep this going on? Our friends and acquaintances who tried to send money from abroad at a personal level because my regular donations don’t cut it aren’t able to. We don’t have FCRA to get big foreign funds. We don’t have any CSR backing.
