Indian Classical art forms has been around for ages together, and is so vast that it can be nurtured with for another million more years to come, making it even more dynamic. Sadly enough, it has lately seen a decline in its reach due to the severe w
ork pressure of the newer generation, with little time left for them to practice, listen, visit or perform it. But are we really that busy all the time that we cannot possibly increase the well being of ours? This introspection, when done, will lead people to something more enriching and amazing. Scientifically speaking, Doctors have been using Music therapy for treatments of various kinds of visitors, for some time now, with unbelievable success rate. Abhivyakti, or manifest, is another strong keyword people can look forward to. We are trying to manifest the parampara, or tradition of Indian classical art forms, making our name, a different approach itself. We here at "Parampara, Ek Abhivyakti" is trying hard to not let this beautiful thing to be forgotten by the masses so soon. Our approach is to inspire the younger generation, mainly, to pursue, rescue and preserve the different fields of Indian Classical art forms, by making them realize how beautiful it really is, by exposing them to performances of maestros and upcoming performing artists, increasing our base of future talents. Be it music, vocal or strings, arts, drawing or painting, dance, be it kathak, odisi, bharatnatyam, or anything else. The list can be huge. The registered members of ours will be duly notified about our upcoming events, workshops, and big ticket functions or exhibition. Parampara Ek Abhivyakti is a cultural and non-profitable society registered under the Societies Registration ACT 1860, with the registration number (S/RS/SW/1174/2014). It was in year 2013 that Parampara Ek Abhivyati was born as a result of efforts and enterprise of a group of artists , educationists and music lovers under the leadership of Pt. Debashish Adhikary, who is a great Tabla maestro himself. A man with a vision , a guru who has performed extensively all over India and abroad. He is an “A” grade artist of All India Radio and Door-Darshan and a disciple of Farukhabad Gharana. Mission of the organization is:
• To create interest of general public in Indian art, culture and music.
• To promote dance, theatre, music, or art through seminars, talk shows, workshops, conference, concerts ,meditation camps and exhibitions.
• To encourage the upcoming artists by providing scholarships, financial assistance and prizes in various fields, and also letting the selected ones an opportunity to take workshops of their respected fields, under senior artists’ guidance.
• To sponsor cultural troupes/delegates within the country and abroad in the field of music, dance, theatre, other traditional arts and educational activities.
• To promote national integration and communal harmony with the power of art forms.
• PARAMPARA aims to sponsor and encourage the upcoming artists by providing scholarships, financial assistance and prizes in various fields. THE SOCIETY wants to encourage cultural exchanges between the different regions of the country and also with other countries. The underlying theme of Parampara is to showcase the hidden talents of people like you and me. ParamparaEkAbhivyakti , celebrated Malhar Festival 2014 with zeal and enthusiasm .The event started with floral welcome and the lighting of lamp by the Chief Guest Smt.Vijay Murthy ( IAS Officer and Principal Accountant General)and famous Kathak Dancer, Pt. Ram Mohan Maharaj
Tabla Maestro Pt. Debashish Adhikary , the Founder of Parampara along with renowned Sarod and Sitar players, Kedia Brothers set fire on the stage of Muktadhara Auditorium with magic of their hands. Shalu Srivastava, Kathak exponent gave a scintillating dance performance. Jhankar
Parampara Ek Abhivyakti organized "Jhankar" at Lok Kala Manch, on 29th of December, 2014. After Mr. L. R. Vishwanath (ADG, Information and broadcasting ministry), the chief guest lighted the lamp and was given floral welcome, the event kick-started with a bang, with young students of tabla ,with a very bright future, took to the stage,with two group and three great solos, following which young kathak dancers and odisi dancers set the stage on fire. This followed a spectacular kathak performance by Shalu Shrivastava with her guru Ram Mohan Maharaj ji, then came an ever-so-gracious odisi performance by Prava Priyadarsini and her team. Of course it will be a public event, where we enhance our list of inspirers. In a short period of time Parampara has made its impact on the lives of young and old alike. Anybody interested in spreading their helping hands towards us, are gladly welcome. Help funding us, so that we can go forward with this effort of ours to Preserve the beautiful heritage we already possess in our beautiful nation. We organize seminars, functions, lecture demonstrations and many such things previously discussed in details. You can even be a Member of our organization, paying a nominal membership fees. Or you can donate any amount of money you think is good enough to keep us getting forward. The registered members of ours will be duly notified about our upcoming events, workshops, and big ticket functions or exhibition, or anything related to Indian Classical Arts. Yearly membership fees for one person will be Rs. 2500/- only , payable to the a/c of "Parampara - Ek Abhivyakti" with a/c number "61249529957" via cheque or by cash, and will cover following facilities.
1. An invitation of all the events will be provided to you at your door step throughout the year.
2. The members will get the opportunity to perform at various events conducted or organized by Parampara, if selected by the core committee.
3. Newsletters will be provided free of cost at their house.
4. The members will be enrolled free of cost for the workshop organized by the institution .
5. The best student will be eligible for scholarship facility.

7. Member can participate in any competition conducted by the organization.
