At ๐ˆ๐ง๐๐ข๐š ๐–๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐…๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง (๐ˆ๐–๐…), these developments are especially heartening. More than a decade ago, when water conservation was still largely viewed as atechnical or sectoral issue, IWF advocated that safeguarding water resources required the participation of every citizen. In 2015, we introduced and pioneered "๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ง ๐–๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ซ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ž๐ซ๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐จ ๐š ๐๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ ๐Œ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ" initiative with the belief that lasting can onlybe achieved when people become active custodians of .
